Fabulous location, beautiful gardens, super comfortable room, exceptional breakfast, owners and staff super welcoming nothing too much trouble, gave us great advice for where to visit not the norm, and organised our dinner locally which was above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend it. It's great too for campers. I hope we've made some great friends in Pompeii

The host was incredibely friendly. Our room was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was above our expectations.

Lovely room, cleaned every day with fresh towels. Friendly host and staff. Great breakfast with choice to eat inside or outside.. Good shower. Gorgeous views from large comfortable balcony.

The property had the feel of being out in the country. The room was nice and the single beds were comfortable.

The queen bed was too soft for our comfort.

Acces to the property a litle bit complicated because a street was close but we got there.

Villa Julia has a very nice location under Vesuvio with a beautiful large garden. Pasquale is excellent host, always very helpful with good tips. Excellent breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice.

The bathroom is not in the best condition, quite old.

Nice place and great service from Pascual and the Girls! We were anout to stay for a night but the day after we booked it again because it was good enough to repeat. Thank you Pascual and we will come to you if we need you ✌🙏

The breakfast was really good and the staff were helpful.

Very understanding when we arrived a bit later than we said because we got a little lost - the sat nav took us a windy way out of Naples! We stayed one night so we could visit the Pompeii ruins, which was a short drive away. We had a lovely meal at restaurant Imatti in Pompeii town.

Staff very gentle.

To walk untill the train station... A ladder sometimes is not good for whom walked already the whole day!

the staff is so friendly and the property is gorgeous. it was nice to just walk around the area in the afternoon with all the fruit trees.

It's quiet location but not very suitable for tourist by foot (there is no pathway to get there, so it's bit adventurous especially evenings). The host is nice (they do not speak english though).

I didn't like the bathroom, the shower was bit rusty.

The building, setting, Pasquale the owner, the breakfast and a good shower.

Its a dangerous, 40 minute walk to Pompei centre or 15 Euros, which adds up over a few days.

Breakfast was amazing as well as the hosts!
