Le matelas un peu trop dur

Kamers waren schoon.

Locatie viel tegen, veel gedoe met de parkeergarage van het hotel waardoor we elke keer niet in en uit konden rijden. Personeel stond 9 vd 10 keer niet achter de receptie dus je moest maar wachten tot ze een keer kwamen. Na het verblijf 2 weken last van onze strot gehad omdat die airco niet normaal uit kon.

Frühstück war sehr gut.

Great rooms and wonderful breakfast.

I always prefer rooms with a balcony where available - but when in Luxembourg this is the only hotel I choose to stay at.

A bit far

Frühstück war gut, obwohl Rührei und Orangensaft zu langsam nachgefüllt wurden. Lage ist im Gewerbegebiet, für Dienstreisen ok, für Familien mit Kindern nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen. Flughafen ist in der Nähe, man kann die Starts hören, ist aber okay.

Dass alles elektronisch ist, ist gewöhnungsbedürftig ( Menü, Speisekarte). Ein Safe im Zimmer wäre unbedingt notwendig (Laptop muss nicht immer mitgeschleppt, oder an der Rezeption abgegeben werden).

The rooms were very spacious en comfortable. There was a direct connection from the garage to the rooms. The charge for the parking was quite OK.

We ordered breakfast to go, because we had to leave early. But the breakfast box was very dissappointing for the amount paid.

Restaurant

The airco did not work properly, although the window was closed. In spite of a rather high price the breakfest and parking was not included

Location and price.

I found a bug in the bed ; looked like a cockroach. Killed it. Cleaned the “crime scene”. Found bunch of hair in the sheets. Informed the front desk over the phone. Employee not very concerned about the situation and helping. made for a very uncomfortable nap because I wouldn’t call it a good night sleep. in the morning, while checking out brought up the issues to the front desk. didn’t hear “sorry to here that. apologies for inconvenience”. nothing. When the hotel asked me to rate them via email I did. I provided detailed experience of my stay. Hotel never reached back.

Would appreciate a coffee/tea maker in the rooms

to be honest, I only came here because of the supercharger… however, the hotel was really nice! They had a lovely sauna steam room and the breakfast was exceptional. Kind of out of the way, but as it has a supercharger, it was perfect!

The artwork is kind of creepy… Black-and-white, photos of huge faces, staring at you in the room!  definitely not my kind of thing! However, the remainder of the hotel was beautifully decorated 

Breakfast had good variety and was tasty, but it was also somewhat expensive.

During our stay over the weekend, the rooms did not have air conditioning that cooled the rooms or moved the air sufficiently for comfort. We had a terrible night of sleep. After submitting our concerns to the manager, he did not compensate us for the poor accommodations but instead indicated the room temperature was between 22.3 and 20.6°C which is recommended by the Hotel Association.

All ok for one night

Big spacious room, 3 soft drinks in the room were included in the rate. The receptionist was very kind to explain the connection to Luxembourg City and back, provided a little city map.

Poor service in the restaurant and bar. Chaotic during breakfast and dinner time. Coffee from the coffee machine was weak/watery. Some cocktails on the menu card were not available. Hotel staff needs to be urgently trained on efficiency and customer centricity. The first basic rule - always greet your guests.

Comfortable 1 night stay, convenient parking, nice room, free minibar juice and water, tasty breakfast, nice personnel.
