excellent if you want to be central to the ice hall

breakfast during the week was excellent, on the weekends it changed and wasn’t as good (more industrial or a different cook)

Friendly personal, kitchen was good. Breakfast was tasty. Hotel Is perfectly situated in the city centre.

location is top. next to the upper lake in arosa, everything is in reach by foot. and the balcony gives you a nice view across the lake.

balconies are very close to each other, so be careful about private conversations, your neighbor will hear it.

Very good location, short walk to the train, cable car and supermarket. In front of the towns public parking garage (6chf per day). Very well decorated. Great service in the bar/restaurant with a fantastic view over the lake and mountain.

unqualified amateur hotel staff, breakfast quality and late opening at 07:30, cheap and unfinished renovation ( floorboards missing, holes in walls, hardly any soap, noise( bar underneath pumps music until very late). not worth more than chf120 a night.

The hotel is in a perfect location just minutes from the train and for ski hire and skiing. A BIG thank you to the friendly, helpful staff. Lovely clean rooms. Breakfast fabulous. Great restaurant on the ground floor again a BIG thank you to the friendly, helpful staff there too. Wonderful 4 night stay, cool hotel.

Everything was amazing! The views are incredible, staff are brilliant, beds are super comfy, restaurant and bar downstairs was superb and breakfast was simple but delicious. But my favourite thing was the heated boot racks in the ski room. I know this is something that most hotels have but they have the timing of the heating spot on as your boots are warm and snug in the morning at exactly the time you want to go ski. We are regular visitors to Arosa and this is the best value for money we have experienced so far.

Its a little noisy from downstairs bar and guests returning after night out.

- Basic room, not what I would expect for this price in Switzerland - Very few fresh fruits in the morning buffet - Even though there was a restaurant on-site, it was small and it was always fully booked (we got one place on our last evening late in the evening)

Excellent location, small but comfortable room. Perfect for a few days.

Minor issue but it was a room with not the most enchanting view. For a rainy day be sure to have a book.

Excellent location - you can see the ski lifts from the hotel! Lovely views too. The room was spacious, loved the balcony. Perfect mix of industrial & mountain style. Superb restaurant - we were after a great steak & that's exactly what we got!

We're both average height people but i can imagine for tall people the shower would be rather uncomfortable. Such low ceiling in the shower room!
