I liked that it was close to the maori village.

Stairs and needs revamp

This is a great location and fairly quiet. I would definitely return to stay here and I feel the owners are ready and willing to be of assistance. Spa bath was wonderful.

No coffee plunger provided in the kitchen but otherwise, everything else was great.

Neben dem Hotel war ein Sammelparkplatz für Holztransporter, die fuhren dann mitten in der Nacht los - Geräuschpegel hoch, ansonsten ruhig.

Check in war problemlos. Das Appartement war gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren etwas zu weich. Aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Wir konnten die Waschmaschine und den Trockner kostenfrei nutzen.

Das Bad ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt neben dem Motel einen Parkplatz für Holz beladenen Trucks, die jede Nacht ab 1 Uhr den Hof verlassen. Wer einen festen Schlaf hat, wird davon nicht all zu viel mitbekommen. Ansonsten liegen im Zimmer Ohrenstöpsen bereit. Restaurants sind etwas weiter weg.

Not bad value. Basic clean motel.

The motel is next to a lorry park. 20 or so noisy lorries start up and leave right opposite the motel in the early hours of the morning (2am to 5am). No aircon so rooms can be hot and opening windows will increase noise. No lift and narrow stairs.

Beds were very comfortable. Room was very clean and spacious. Good value for money.

I appreciated the owners extra effort to accomodate us on such short notice.

The other tenants were somewhat rowdy, I assume they are long term tenants through the Housing NZ scheme. Not the fault of the owners, just inconvenient for day stayers.

That it had a spa bath and something to cook on

The bed was uncomfortable and not enough pillows , no milo/hot chocolate , not warm enough felt cold . Also the people who were in the other rooms was quite disturbing but I respected their situation etc!

Clean

We stated that we required safe parking for trailer unit and they confirmed. However when we arrived we were advised by text ( never got to see the staff)that we would have to separate the unit which we didnt want to do when we realised that the area was unsafe. They allowed us to park in the carpark next door but we were up all night worried about the unit. The Tavern next door was actively loud till the early hours of the morning. NO SLEEP.

Spa bath

Peoples dirty washing in the walk way, arguing neighbors all night they were noisy didn't see the Host once bloody useless.. heater was turning on and off not enough power coming out of socket.

Decent size rooms, pretty good location

Very basic rooms, broken fridge, cockroaches, very sparse set of plates, rough crowd.

It was a place to sleep to lay our heads down

Room hadn't been service by the time I got there, I had to wait another hour for the cleansers to clean the room. When I arrived the room smiled nice and clean, I don't think the room had been vacuumed. Wouldn't go back again

Place waa dark and miserable The bed sagged and was very uncomfortable the small couch the springs were worn and sagged in the middlen the linen in the bed was tired and dirty looking They did not acknowledge our spdcial request so therefore we had to change roimsYeah
