The price for the quality and facility is too much....no basic facilities for a five star rate room built was very poor and service was late....no modern television facilities

1.Bathroom were so small it looked like aeroplane washroom, seemed like retrofitting in the room.
Cant expect such bathroom from brand like IBIS.
2. At reception had to wait for more than an hour just for shifting my luggage and finally I myself had to shift my luggage into the room.
Overall stay not at all comfortable and advise it's not worth the money being charged for such small size room and horrible bathroom.

I had a medical emergency and reached out to the front office. Within 15 minutes of my appeal for help, I was in a hospital bed getting professional attention. Amazing sense of responsibility and presence of mind of the staff saved the day.

Breakfast has minimal options. Indian cuisine has limited options. Also, lunch and dinner options are minimal. Food wise unsatisfied.

A clean hotel with good facilities and with interesting food places near by, some of which can be open 24/7. The hotel seemed to be in a safe neighborhood within 15-20 minutes taxi ride from the airport.

Rooms very extremely small. Not aesthetic at all. looked like a capsule. Basic facilities like refrigerator were also not there. somehow with the help of staff Refrigerator was put inside the room after asking. Not worth the money spend.
