It is mentioned to be environmentally conscious of washing bathroom towels etc. but to reuse- but then offer single use toiletries. Better option would be to set up 500ml bottles on rack in shower with shampoo/conditioner/body wash - preferably made in Tasmania 👌🏻

Really spacious and comfortable self-contained unit close to the Harbour and Salamanca Markets. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge. The staff were fantastic and we were able to store our luggage safely after we'd checked out but were on a day tour.

The king bed mattress was the biggest issue, and was very uncomfortable. It needs to be upgraded. Seems to be worn out on the 2 sides. Parking was not as expected. Only place left to park was bottom level in staff spot due to full occupation that night. The $300 daily rate did not match the worn out look and feel of the studio apartment. Shower was over bath, and no safety rails, and no soap holders or dispensers in the cubicle. Bed sitter area had ripped carpet.

Beds were very comfortable, balcony was great, staff were amazing, kids loved the spa and close to all the things we wanted to do. The kitchen had everything you could need if you wanted to cook.

There wasn't anything we didn't like but a second toilet that wasn't in the bathrooms would have been great, a couch that the seat cushions didn't fall off every time you tried to sit on it would be great and this could have just been me as I was really sure how to operate the heating but the bedroom upstairs was very hot and all the rooms downstairs were quite cool.

I was so impressed with Salamanca Inn from the moment we walked in the door. It's lovely and fresh and the greeting from reception was just beautiful customer service. It didn't change, regardless of who was on the desk or at the end of the phone. Staff could not do enough for me and I had a few last minute special requests. Thoroughly delighted and impressed and will be staying here again for business (or pleasure).

Comfort and excellent location, easy to acces for parking, great dining ie breakfast and staff very obliging.

Shower rose very difficult to stay in upright position.

Second time I've stayed at the Salamanca Inn. It has a great location in central Hobart, yet it's quiet. Would recommend for families as it has a pool.

The air conditioning system doesn't reach the top floor of the duplex room - far too hot, making for a not very comfortable night.
