El baño estaba un poco pequeño

Tiene buena ubicación y variedad en el desayuno. Los meseros son amables y diligentes. La habitación siempre estaba preparada cuando llegábamos.

El aire no estaba funcionando como debía ya que las habitaciones son calientes. Solamente nos resolvieron con un ventilador (viejo). El servicio al cliente de parte del front desk era pobre. Cada vez que llamamos para que nos ayudaran a resolver con el aire (pasamos calor) ya que las habitaciones también estaban a “capacidad” no llegaban a tiempo y nunca pudieron resolver. El último día al momento del Check Out, la gerente Juanita Torres fue la única que respondió diligentemente a nuestra necesidad. Tristemente no volveremos a este hotel. Ya que no cumplió con nuestras expectativas.

Other than the location which was great, there is not much that met my expectations. It is certainly not a four star hotel. The walls were very thin so you could hear conversations of people outside your door. The a/c did not work and the remote was missing so I went down at 2 am to ask them for the remote. The room was very warm and even after they brought the remote, the room did not cool down. The water coming from the shower was luke warm at best and trickling out slowly. If you moved it to cold, then the water pressure was much better. We left at 6 am for our flight. The hotel did not pack us a breakfast like some of the others on our trip but had put out some pears in the tiny reception area.

De constante dreun van de disco ernaast. De douche had geen douchekop, de badkamer was erg klein. We hadden 1 handdoek terwijl we 2 waren, we moesten om een 2e vragen. Geen föhn aanwezig, moest ik ook om vragen. Er lag overal zand op de vloer in de kamer, alsof deze niet schoongemaakt was. De loopband en fiets in de gym waren kapot en konden niet gebruikt worden.

The location was great. Staff was excellent, especially Javier. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Great service overall.

A bit expensive for the standard level. Rooms would benefit from an upgrade.

The hotel is located in a prime location, walkable to bars, shopping, and restaurants. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Lots of noise from the street. The rooms are so close, I could also hear the hotel guests next to me.

Great location, large rooms, staff were amazing and helped with taxi’s to Monserrate and the airport. We used the showers in the gym before our flight and they bought up showers/ let us use a meeting room to pack our suitcase.

We were relocated at the Royal Andino, almost across the street because La Boheme was having issues with the water service... and still receiving guests? Yeah right. They were overbooked. At least be honest about it.

The noise from nearby disco

Best hotel we stayed in in Colombia across 4 different spots, and I think it was the cheapest too! This was a nice hotel! The room was spacious and had lots of storage. The staff was helpful and gave us unsolicited great local recommendations. The bed! It was so comfortable - from the pillows to the mattress to the blanket, it was really a dream to sleep in! The shower was spacious. The entrance to the hotel was really pretty and easy to spot. Location was right in the middle of a ton of shopping, also lots of restaurants and bars, so it's a busy area. If you keep the windows open it could be loud, but closed the sound isolation was great. It's not close to the airport and not close to some of the main tourist sights, but it's an easy taxi/uber away, and for us staying in a more lively and safe area was the right choice. We didn't get breakfast here but it looked like a nice dining room. We also didn't use the gym but heard it had one.

The A/C is positioned such that it blows at the wall and didn't cool down the room as efficiently as if it pointed out towards the bed and main space, but it still worked.
