Das Zimmer eignet sich für eine kurze Nacht, bei später Ankunft am Bahnhof (300-400m). Auch am Abend findet sich in der Nähe etwas zum Essen. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war einfach und sehr nett!

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und bereits abgelebt. Die Türen sind sehr dünn und entsprechen hellhörig. Unsere Ausweise wurden über Nacht einbehalten!!!

It filled the purpose of giving me a room, clean, comfortable bed. Very close to Garibaldi piazza, restaurants and train station.

Unable to make tea or coffee, fridge not working. Host had very limited English so not able to assist with information or advice. No lift.

Mum and daughter on our first visit to Naples. Great place to stay near Garibaldi Central Station, which was 5 minutes walk away, easy access for our visits to Sorrento, Pompeii and using the Metro around Naples. The area was a bit of a culture shock, but by the end of our 4 days we'd had a great time and will have lots of good memories. All the staff at breakfast were lovely; time slots are required as limited tables, but staff have it all working extremely well. The room was big and quirky, it wasn't all perfect but it didn't need to be. Aircon was great. The balcony doors opened so that was nice in the morning. A fridge for our water bottles, hooray!. A transfer from the airport was booked quickly after my initial enquiry and we paid for it at the end of our stay - thank you Luigi. Train route advice too. Thanks to the night staff and cleaning ladies who do a great job. Midday checkout is a real bonus and was great for us. Yes there is graffiti on many of the street walls in this area and all over Naples, and some of the area is run down, but who cares, we were here to experience Naples and the surrounding area and we had a great time doing so from a well located hotel. :)

The entrance to the hotel was a bit daunting at first and we wasn't sure how to get in. We managed to get access as someone was coming out (we arrived very late at night). There is actually a buzzer you can push to the right of the door but we didn't know which number or button to press. For guests arriving late at night when the door is locked maybe this information could be given in email or text. I'm sure it would be really helpful. The entrance is open in the day time.

Great! Lovely Anna and family were very welcoming. bed comfortable, breakfast substantial with cereal, yogurt, meat, cake and homemade jams. Great location and place for last minute stay.

Close to the train station. Then nothing. To be honest, there are many hotels at close by location and looks way better than this.

The worst stay I ever had via booking. I choose the hotel because of the location and review but regrate at the first night. The WiFi is terrible in the room I can not even do voice chat. Facilities are super dated. Mattress is very uncomfortable. I can smell the toliet from the bed. I will definitely stay away from this hotel for any future trips.
