Das Frühstücksbuffet und das Abendessen waren sensationell! Kellner sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Therme ist wunderschön, das Panorama atemberaubend , wir hatten einen fantastischen Kurzurlaub.

Das Zimmer an sich und deren Größe haben uns sehr gefallen! Das Frühstück war auch vielfältig und sehr gut! Der Aufenthalt war erholsam!

Beim Abendessen waren wir bei unserem letzten Besuch 2021 zufriedener! Unserer Meinung war die Bedienung überfordert. Am ersten Abend wurde direkt nach dem Salat die Hauptspeise serviert - ohne Vorspeise, ohne Suppe! Generell war der Ablauf nicht so kundenfreundlich! Sehr ärgerlich! 2021 war das alles besser - lag vielleicht auch an sprachlichen Missverständnissen! Dass am Abend auch nicht immer Platz an und rund um die Bar ist, ist auch nicht erfreulich! Das im Sky-Pool-Bereich oftmals keine freien Liegen vorzufinden sind, ist auch ärgerlich. Generell nervt das Reservieren einiger Gäste sehr - um 08:00 laufen alle hoch und reservieren die Liegen - gleicht einem Kindergarten!

Das Halbpension Menü am Abend war sehr schwach fantasielos super Zutaten schlecht zubereitet. Das Frühstück war fenomenale mit frisch gepressten Orangensaft und Prosecco auf Wunsch. 5 Stern

Comfortable, a lot of facilities, excellent food

The whole experience at Tauern Spa was lovely, all interactions felt seamless and friendly. The breakfast buffet had everything one can wish for. And the spa, especially the Hotel only spa with the infinity pool was incredible. Hope to stay here again! Shout out to Hannes, thank you for the wonderful morning hike.

It was a heat wave in Europe during my stay and the hotel room definitely got too hot even with coolest AC setting, probably 26 Celsius. At night with open windows around 2am it was okay though plus probably rare to get these temperatures in Kaprun.

Great position, 5 minute by car to the glacier Kitzeinhorn, 10 minute from lake zel am see, fantastic thermal center so clean and organized, nice gym and swimming pools. Great breakfast , dinner not so good ( in italy we cook better..). One particular mention to Hannes the man who propose excursion so professional and kind. The bycicle tour of the valley and around lake for me and my son was unforgetteble !

Maybe customers are only germans and austrians, i prefere more cosmopolite

The sauna opening time is 10/11am

It is a beautiful hotel, plenty of indoor and outdoor pools, very good restaurant and the rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is very kind. We stay there for a week with two babies and the staff was very generous, thoughtful and accepting. My wife tried the spa, full-body massage, and said it was great also. There is a free parking near the entrance and we found a place to park everyday.

A little bit far from Kaprun (15-20 minutes).. But it can be a lovely walking (nice weather, beautiful fields around and zero elevation)

Everything in this hotel was just perfect, location, spa, food, rooms, personal. We enjoy every day in the hotel and Kaprun, we definetly plan to come back :)

There is not much to improve, the managment and the staff really try to make people feel comfortable, to relax and have time of their lives :)

Swimming pool was excellent. Breakfast options were a lot and very good. Location is perfect and close to everything.

The AC stops and gets loacked at night from 12.00 AM to 6.00 AM. It is not even in fan mode it stops completely and you have to wake up and open the window for air! No body informed us on that.. The shower and WC are seperated with no sink in the WC and shower is completely see through everyone in the ro can see you there is small curtain to cover one side only! Not sure why!

Its clean, comfortable and the spa is awesome.The restaurant is nice and the breakfast its just exceptional. Also the staff is helpful and nice. Each person I interacted with was a nice person; from the clerk at the desk to the persons that cleaned the table in the restaurant to the persons from spa. Very good experience overall.

The window into the shower in every room is not ok. I do not want to shower myself with public.

The room was great, comfortable bed, good shower, spacious, stunning views, some water/soft drinks in the mini bar for free and restocked daily (we thought this was a rather nice touch). Hotel facilities are great, we went to the spa/pools every day after skiing and the kids loved it and so did we. The outside pool that served drinks was very cool. The food in the restaurant was amazing, lots of variety, really good/quality food which was different every night, excellent service. There is a popcorn machine in the bar area and kids really loved that they could get free popcorn every evening. There was nothing we didn’t like in this hotel and we would go back in a heartbeat.

Unfortunately I got a food poising on our last night. Suspect it was due to the oysters as I was the only person in our family who eat them and also the only person who was unwell. But despite this I think this was a great hotel and we had a wonderful skiing trip.

Tauernspa is so good that we didn’t want to go skiing. A huge area of so many activities! The water world, the sauna world, the hotel spa, you will not know which to choose first. The room was spacious, with big storing space for the luggage, warm, clean, modern. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Great quality and variety. For dinner there is the buffet and a choice for the main course between 4 menus. Everything we tried the 3 days of our stay was great in taste and presentation. There is a garage on -2 floor and they have trolleys to carry your luggage easily. If you go early the first day they give you access to the spa before the check in. Very friendly staff. Not to miss: •The cocktail hour in the outside 36 degrees pool by the snow. •The big sauna events- especially the rock’n’ roll and the pirate- at 90 degrees and a dive in the cold pool after that! •The panorama glass-wall pool on the top floor. Highly recommended!!!
