The host/owner was very helpful especially accommodating our middle of the night arrival time. Room was great, air conditioning a life saver and the view fantastic. Breakfast was amazing.

1. After night at this place, I’ve got 20+ bites of bedbugs. And now I’m very afraid of taking them home… Let alone the itches all across my body & face. Worst hotel ever. 2. The internet not working at all. 3. The water was hardly luckwarm. Was quite cold to wash my hair. 4. The payment I made on booking wasn’t accepted. No card payment available. So I had to drive to ATM and pay €2 commission - very convenient… 5. Beachfront location isn’t beachfront at all. You can see sea only from the terrace while eating. 6. Breakfast on photos look like buffet, but in reality it was nothing like that.

Breakfast was indeed excellent. To temper expectations, during off-season breakfast might not be full buffet due to low occupancy; last couple of days we received pre-prepared plates which were high quality and more than ample (including a freshly prepared omelette on the final day). Room wasn't huge but it was fine, and it was clean. Litter was emptied every couple of days - we don't really want a maid service so this worked for us. Hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Not much. It's a little bit uphill and there are stairs - it's perhaps not for those with accessibility requirements though you could probably say that about the town generally. In Summer, some might find the lack of a fridge to be a minor issue - not that one should expect it at this level probably, but something to bear in mind.

Nice place to stay

The place was really nice. The city/sea view from the dining room was breathtaking! The room was very clean and cozy and there was also a terrace. The overall experience in the hotel was really good! And also a huge and tasty breakfast included.

Perferc terrace, tasty breakfast, very friendly staff. Excellent place to chill with fantastic view to city and mountains, lot of places within 10-min walking (restaurants, shops).

The views are amazing! And the breakfast too. The staff is always pending of the guests and trying to improve the stay. They even offered us an upgrade of the room for free. I definitely recommend this place.
