the marine sanctuary is incredible. The infinity pool and the open spaces are nice.

We had terrible smell in our bedroom coming from the pipes that was so strong that woke us up around 4 am. They obviously have a problem with the Sewer system. Also, the bathrooms need to be renovated.

Great location on an island with sand spit on one side, beach with accessible reef on the other. Great snorkelling opportunities. Can hear the waves wherever you are! Rooms large and comfortable.

We stayed on half board basis - breakfast fairly basic buffet, dinner was set menu. Dinner was over in about 20 minutes as they rushed through the dishes - food basic. No atmosphere to restaurant, just a basic beach restaurant which was not what we expected for the money paid! Accessibility difficult if not agile and fit - lots of steep stairs to restaurant, long walk over uneven paths to rooms etc. Lots of day trippers to the island and no priority given to hotel guests (6 sun beds at the bottom of the beach with poor access and views) so can be a bit of a free for all! No bar area or place to hang out - drinks are either at the no atmosphere restaurant or in your room… feel they are missing a trick here - most people retired to their rooms at 8pm!! Restaurant prices for drinks are astronomical (even taking into account it’s an island etc!) - especially when just serving a can of beer (which is half the price in the mini bar!). All in all it’s a place that needs to decide whether it wants to be a luxury resort or not… if it does then sort the restaurant, seating areas/bars and give some luxury touches like napkins (too much to ask?!) and creating a romantic/ upscale atmosphere… if not luxury - drop the prices!!!!

It's my second time to live here and staff remember me, and the service is good.

Very nice rooms, sandbar and nearby snorkelling were great. Staff were all very helpful, getting to and from the island was easy.

Food was a little disappointing, not the best we had in the Philippines. Some more options at breakfast and dinner would be good.

Nothing to rate. We booked our stay 1 month before trip. 5 days before our check-in date we found out that only one rainy Day in the week is during our stay. We asked hotel to rebook date because it makes no sense to go to the beautiful island during Rain. They refused our request. Also at the Day of our stay we received info that transfer from the port to the hotel was stopped due to bad weather condition. I really do not recommend to book in advance. Just be sure that weather is OK.

We liked norhing about the resort

We did not liked almost everything,through employees, the equipment wqs old aswell furniture, broken toilet and aircondition all the time even they try to fix it, cold water in swimming pool, not well built sidewalks, all resorts was poorly designed, poor access to the beach, our reccomendation- maximum for 2 nights-. There is nothing to do...boring resort...

Nice rooms. Great views. Our child like the Halloween games they played.

Limited on things to do. Food was limited. 3 days is plenty for this place.

Everything is perfect! The pool was the highlight. Our Deluxe room is really large with a large balcony with nice ocean view. Very nice beach and lots of space to hang out. Good buffet dinner with lots of options. We really enjoyed our stay at the resort! The massage was very good too.

The sandbar wasn’t what we expected (much smaller than the picture). However good place for swimming and snorkelling.

The rooms were clean and spacious with a number of really thoughtful amenities (toothbrush, shampoo, flips flops for the island). Staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The whole site was very peaceful with great management of public / guest spaces so you always felt secure and private. Trekking experiences were well laid out and allowed for an immersive Island experience.

Breakfast was served warm rather than hot which was a little disappointing.

The food and restaurant have to improve much. Food arrived slow at diner and was not prepared and not tasty, Breakfast was't better. loved the place but need to take care of the kitchen as no other options are available...

The beach was not that sandy comparrd to other beaches but the water was super magnificent. The rooms were also great. The food was alright for the price but not really bang for the buck.

The day users and in house guests should have a separate timetable in going to the sandbar. The water pressure from the shower was a bit low so it was a small struggle to bathe.

Everything. We will definitely come back we even extended our stay.

I think the property should add some floaters additional to the life jacket
