Quiet clean well equipped room

City centre friendly helpful staff

location and internet were fair, the staff were friendly.

The area was hosting an international event of oil and gas SPE conference and exhibition from all over the world with participants numbered in thousands but the hotel management cared less to inspect the cooling system priorly, 4 extremely hot nights without AC system due to the poor maintenance management since checking in, I don’t know how we managed to sleep honestly, all they could provide is a fan. had to stay in, coz most of the other hotels were fully booked due to international event going on, there was no mini cooling freg. either to keep our drinks cold in the hot room nor iron in the first two days. we couldn't enjoy the lobby facilities due the unavailability of AC system even in the lobby area. basically, you take a shower, get dressed and again sweat tell you leave the hotel.

Staff friendly

Water was cold even letting it run for 5 mins ! Light are so dim in room my partner could not put on makeup! Aircon blowing cold air only ! Room freezing!

Hotel is central to where we needed to be. The room was comfortable and, the staff were very helpful.

Good location, nice and clean

We loved every minute of our stay. The staff were fantastic and nothing was a problem for them. The room was very clean and tidy , coffee, tea and hot chocolate were full to use as we pleased. Would never stay anywhere else in Aberdeen x

Nothing !!?

As we were staying at the hotel to attend a graduation, staff were very accommodating and allowed us to get changed and leave our bags in the hotel even though our room wasn’t ready. Room was bright and clean with all we needed for a one night stay.

One thing that I did notice during our stay was that one of our towels had a slight stain on it.

Check-in process. I was asked to provide photo id. I did not have this on me so could not check in? I was then told I could not pay using Google pay? They needed to see the card due to fraud? Is Google pay not secure? My wife had her licence on her and I had a card so we just about muddled through. Worst check in experience ever. Assumed to be and treated like a criminal or terrorist until proven otherwise. Will not return to this hotel again.

Lovely clean friendly hotel. Great central location. Plenty of parking underneath, this costs extra but it was easy to access from the hotel lift on -2 level

Central location is perfect for exploring the city. Staff are helpful.

Shower pole comes away from the top screw hole if you try to move the showerhead left or right. Room could do with some tlc - stains on wall behind the bin.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

Room was clean and spacious. The staff on reception were lovely and allowed us to check in early which was a huge help to us.

Friendly staff.

Small room, lumpy and soiled pillows, springs could be felt in bed, restaurant a buffet supper that ran out of items to eat. Location a run down part of the city. I didn't find this hotel any better than a premier Inn or travel lodge. Therefore poor value.
