All staff smiling welcoming helpful..Especially Shankar,manager at the restaurant Miri.He meets all the guests at almost each amd every table and asks if they require anything.Then he remembers the requirements day az well.Well done Shankar!You definitely are an asset.

Das St.Regis ist eine Klasse für sich. Es bietet eine grosse Anlage und davor einen sehr sauberen Strand, der täglich gereinigt wird. Das Personal ist aussergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine engagierte Frau als "Butlerin" mit Namen "Nungshilila", welche uns immer sofort per WhatsApp Hilfe und Unterstützung angeboten hat und sehr kompetent ist. Das ein eine ganz neue Erfahrung. Die Tour durch den Garten und die Anlage sind auch einzigartig. Das Morgenbuffet ist das ausladendste und größere was wir in alle den Jahren gesehen haben. Am Mittag und Abend sind wir jeweils in externe Restaurants gefahren, daher können wir dazu keine Einschätzung abgeben. Alles in Allem ein Erlebnis. Wir waren "off Season" und daher können wir keine Angaben machen wie er in der Hochsaison ist.

Ich kann mir nichts vorstellen, was uns nicht gefallen hätte. Je nachdem welche Ausflüge man machen möchte, dann die Fahrt etwas länger dauern, da das Resort am südlichen Teil von Goa liegt und nicht so zentral wie andere Resorts. Aber dies ist nicht wirklich ein Nachteil.

Breakfast was absolutely phenomenal. The spread was huge and everything was cooked to perfection. Beach was very secluded and beautiful. Staff were very attentive to every need and remembered my cocktail preferences :)

House keeping is one area of improvement. They forgot to refill the toileteries that was bit of a pain

I was so impressed with service in St.Regis Goa, all workers were super kind,helpful and like a family to me. I could receive a help any time I asked. The cleaning service was provided two times per day, the property was super clean. The hotel and the place it’s huge itself. We actually don’t need to go out because we will not stay bored at the hotel. There are 3 restaurants, the food is high quality, specially I loved breakfast and their bakery. Swimming pool is big and clean, there are always workers around that provide you fresh drinks, towels or even spf creams. Amazing, I can’t describe my happiness. I just know that I will come back and stay more and more times with St.Regis. Thank you for all your hospitality I am so happy with my stay. Beautiful, big and well maintained property. Proximity to nice and clean beach. Road access is very good. Parking space available. Multiple restaurants including a beach side one. Food quality was excellent. Staff in general was very welcoming and helping. The pool was excellent and so was the landscaping and gardens. Cycling around the property was a pleasure. Excellent place to spend some days away from the rush of daily life.

A confusion created by one of the overzealous chefs resulted in us leaving with a slightly bitter aftertaste than what otherwise would have been a perfect holiday. But it is not something that may happen to others. So there’s that.

Location- right on the cleanest and quietest beach of the South Goa. Beautiful layout. Very spacious and comfortable rooms and suits. Big terraces. Delicious breakfast for any dietary needs. Exceptionally polite and helpful staff. "Conflict" resolution skills- outstanding. Room amenities are fantastic, and housekeeping service is amazing. Huge property. Lots of walking in the shaded footpaths among the greenery, and for those with mobility issues - golf buggies available all the time. Easy parking. Little spoils and treats throughout the day: the hotel provides free refreshing drinks from morning on the beach and at the pool, with disposable cups. A selection of SPF creams to use was an added bonus! Always plenty of towels and sunbeds. Difficult to mention everything, bcs it was all really caring, warm, pampered and memorable

We had a bit of a "bump" with the reservation. There's a discrepancy between what's shown on Booking.com website, and what's available at the property. Bcs of that we had a minor inconvenience duringthe checkin, but it was all sorted out.

Well managed property with excellent greens. The horticulturist Mr Mario gave a detailed overview of how he planted the 50+ acres of property. It was an awesome beach front aswell

ホテル内にビーチあり、サイクリングあり美味しいご飯ありで全てが完結します。 施設が広く自然豊か、なおかつ手入れが行き届いているため散歩、サイクリングができます。ヨガなどのアクティビティも豊富にあるので、暇することが無かったです。 ３食付きプランにしましたが、ブュッフェの内容が豊富だったので飽きることがなかったです。バスタブはとても広く、大人二人でも足を伸ばして、悠々と入れるくらいです。

アクティビティの場所にいっても、担当者がいなかったり、開催されるのかもわからない状態だったりしました。 人気のないアクティビティだったのかな？ あと場所がわかりにくかったり。 全てのアクティビティが無料なわけではなく、 アーチェリー700ルピー、絵を書くものは500ルピーと有料のものもあります。

The room where we stayed needs replacement of old carpet/mirror and most importantly modern temperature control system. We missed indoor games facilities during hot weather (1to 4 pm)

What can I say. The staff at the St. Regis made our stay there most memorable. Starting with the welcome team Zakaria, Kunal and especially Jeeya. What a spectacular welcome. Thank you so much for all the special attention you gave us. The Susegado team and the beach staff...Nitesh, Sahil, Tejas, Sourav, Paul the bartender, Salim, Shaik, Nityanand, thank you for making us feel so welcome everyday. An of course Miri. Naro, Harshit, Chandni, Sumit, Manish,Akshay, Nikhil and the fabulous Mr. Malket who was just everywhere when we needed him. Words are not enough to thank you for this amazing holiday with you.

Room 343 could use a new bathtub.

The St. Regis enjoys a great location near to a soft sand beach. 12-hole Par3 golf course in the grounds is short but fun to play. Food options across the 3 restaurants are very good and the beach restaurant was the stand out for its ambience and fresh fish.

Staff are very friendly but over-attentive. There’s a limit to how many times you want to be asked if you want another drink when by the pool. Charges for extras are too high. RS180,000 quoted to take us to the next destination but the local taxi available out front was RS45,000 for the same trip and similar size vehicle. We asked for some shrimps, shown as a main, scaled down for a starter we could share. It was billed at RS6,000 which is approx £60. £15 a shrimp, even if they are very large, is excessive. They did waive the charge for a desert that was a cake it was hard to drive a spoon in to.

Великолепный отель! Комфортабельный, просторный номер со свежим ремонтом, очень удобная кровать. Широкий, чистый пляж. Удобные шезлонги. Территория зеленая и ухоженная. Персонал оперативен и приветлив. Отдельное спасибо отельному менеджеру Тальяне - дала много ценной информации об отеле и достопримечательностях и оперативно реагировала на все наши запросы. Есть новые брендированные велосипеды для передвижения по территории или можно вызвать бесплатный электрокар. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные.

Хотелось бы добавить разнообразия европейских блюд на обед и ужин

Exceptional. I’ve been my share of luxury hotels - Dubai Maldives etc and was shocked that st Regis was on the same level if not better. Not a fly in site, so clean you couldn’t spot the dirt ANYWHERE, service was unreal from every member of the staff - Rinthing needs a praise and a rise. What a team member he is. Will never forget he did for us. Thanks

Because it is so nice it is popular for weddings, if I were to stay again I would check what was already booked first as this did impact our holiday however the staff did everything they could to make our time special which it was
