No electricity, infrastructure is awful. Awful service. Feel bad for the staff working there. Staying at the beach would be more comfortable than staying at the hut.

Beautiful resort surrounded by trees and nature. Nice and quiet and the rooms are clean with ambient lighting and natural soaps. Sustainable and plastic free which is a bonus. The breakfasts were also delicious, cooked with care and precision. Around a minute walk from the sea made it a perfect location to stay. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. Really recommend.

Great idea to have big bottles of water for free in the room. Great for the environnement and for the comfort of the tourists. Great breakfast. Very confortable room. Nice people

The staff are friendly and helpful. They were especially accommodating when we arrived very early on our first morning. Delicious, healthy breakfast each morning. fantastic massage on site. Clean, nicely decorated rooms. Great cocktails. Close to beach and a selection of great restaurants. Relaxed environment with wildlife in the trees to keep you entertained too! Would love to come back.

there is no one at the front desk after 10 PM. this makes life very difficult especially given the location is very offbeat. also there is light problem. the resort has no power backup and no hot water.

I am not sure where to start from. The list is endless. From the time we stepped into the property and till the time we left the property everything was just awesome. Welcomed by a smiling face of Arun with chilled coconut water, then given a walk through of the property and the details of the room. The property is super quite and so quite that you can hear the waves from the sea which is literally 45 secs walk from the rooms. The staff is amazing with good communication skills and totally understand the varied situations of each guest. This was our first time in south Goa and the staff guided us so well with places that we covered a lot. They provide pick up and drop service and the person who picked us up called Krishna was a super cool guy. Seniton was another person from the staff about whom I need to mention. The entire staff made sure to turn over each stone to make our stay as comfortable as it could be. The rooms are huge and clean. shower area outside is a nice experience. We stayed in Deluxe room so it had a flavor of all facilities. Not to mention I met the co-owner as well and he is certainly a charming person.

A little bit expensive as it is not in front of the beach

We stayed at the Palm Forest in Palolem and had a wonderful time! To start, the staff is absolutely fantastic. Everyone we met who works at the Palm Forest was very attentive, kind and helpful. Honestly 10/10. We also had several massages while at the Palm. The massage table is outside in a white draped tent surrounded by nature amongst the peaceful sounds of local wildlife. You HAVE to get at least one during your stay!! They offer a complimentary breakfast where you can choose one main dish and one drink. Get the wellness shots! They also have a bar and can whip up a pretty damn good espresso martini. :) you can order other food items but they come from a restaurant just down the beach, also delicious! For accommodations, the rooms are air conditioned and the beds are pretty comfy. Lots of attention to detail in the decor and love that each bungalow had their own little porch. It’s a great spot to sit and reflect and enjoy your morning coffee or tea.

Only a couple minor things to call out - they provide an organic soap for shampoo and body which smelled great and was effective but if you’re used to having all the bottles you get at hotels, you won’t find that here. We used the soap and also had some travel products. Lastly, there’s a lot of dogs in the area that tend to go off and can get quite loud in the middle of the night. If you’re a light sleeper that may be problematic so ear plugs or sleeping aids might be a good call here. :)
