Convenient central location (eg. close to Margaret St shops/restaurants, walking distance to the grand central shopping centre or Queens Park) and easy walk from the bus terminal (direct to/from Brisbane airport). Free wifi. Apartment had small cooktop and fridge as well as cooking/eating utensils. Double-sized shower with amazing hot water and good stream. Large room and plenty of storage - lots of cupboards and shelves in two different sets of mirrored wardrobes plus bedside drawers. Small desk with chair that had amazing sunlight and a window that opened to fresh air. Fan as well as A/C for climate control. Just needed a place where I could spread my things out and have easy access to facilities - and this answered my needs. Would stay again.

Dated appearance inside - corroded metal fixtures, peeling paint, worn carpet (but these are cosmetic rather than functional issues). The kettle was stored on the top shelf in the cupboard - I was barely able to reach it on my tiptoes (would be better placed on the counter or a lower shelf for easy access). Note that the rooms are only serviced every 4 days but not on weekends - I hadn't appreciated this (although it was written on the welcome information that I only scanned).

Was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately some of the lights did not work which meant that you couldnt find things in the bedroom or read a book both in bed or on the lounge. I didn't want to call maintenance in the evening because there was a possibility of fees. Everything else was great

I liked the apartment, spacious, very convenient and close to food shops as well as shopping centre. Clean facility and friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay

No aircons in the bedrooms, only in the main area. 2/3 of the fan remote batteries were not working. The couches are due for replacement as the plether looked scabby. Wish they had an information booklet in the apartment showcasing things to do and eat around Towoomba.

Location is great easy walk to Restaurants/ Shopping Centres/ Gallery/ Theatres/ Parks.

Great location.

Really uncomfortable bed, hardly slept at all. Terrible smell of bleach on entry. Bathroom could have been cleaner. The sink looked like it had been wiped out rather than truly cleaned. Toilet roll holder broken. Our hand towel was sopping wet like it had been used to wipe up the sink or floor?? We had to go down and ask for milk and teabags as these hadn't been replenished. Tried to watch a YouTube music video but the TV kept turning off after 3-5 mins. We reset it 3 times but it kept doing it. Totally bizzare! This was the 3rd time we'd stayed there and it's got progressively worse. Even the location won't make us stay there again.
