Apparently this is a 4½ star accomodation. My room was dark, depressing, drab and dated. I felt like I was staying in a drug den with people screaming at night and arguing till all hours of the morning. The photos make this place look amazing, it wasn’t. I’d of rather stayed in a hostel and saved my money. Only positive was that the room was very clean and staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating when I checked in late. I feel price is on same level as other hotels, and I understand I stayed at a time when most things were fully booked but I wouldn’t stay here again. I was disappointed it didn’t look like the photos and felt it was overpriced for what I actually got. There is a beach a short walk down the road which is lovely.
Not sure how this is 4½ star?!

Easy late check-in, friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable.

The team at the checkout was friendly. She gave me a map and pointed out where my room was located. The room was clean and tidy, the tv worked. The shower had good pressure and it was hot. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were clean.

Carpark was good and location for our stay was good. It was convenient to where we were going that night for dinner and the show which was at the Caloundra RSL.
No view and even bedrooms had concrete walls when you looked out the window. The Curtains needed attention with gaps and didn't meet. There were lights outside all night that shone in. Kitchen was not clean and crockery not clean either. Ensuite shower hose was terrible. They had tape around locks that obviously hadn't been removed. The main bedroom door was self closing and it wouldn't stay open even with the wedge on the floor.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. No noise issues. Has parking but concerned about the bird poo situation.
Pool was green, spa had bubbles but due to maintenance not much massage action. Toilet seat was not correct size for toilet. Bright light at window and inadequate blocking of that light (I could probably have read a sudoku page with the amount of light).

How big the rooms are.
Cleaners did not clean rooms properly and semen on a couple of towels hidden in the cupboards it was gross.

Central location
The staff are aloof and not too friendly. There are many permanent residents, so loads of washing out and verandahs not kept well. The place is sooo tired, walls all knarled, marks all over the walls, sofa all lumpy and hard to sit on and resident cockroach to great us in the bathroom.

Location good for access to beach, shops and main roads. Parking was barrier controlled under property.
Found food wrappers behind bedside drawers when using power socket.

No laundry available for what l paid even a share one would have been good, to accommodate the rooms without one.

The idea of having to wash your dishes in a tub, my studio apartment l had on the Gold Coast had a sink, and washing machine and dryer to share between 2 studio rooms
So for what it cost me for the 2 weeks was much to expensive, this is not stipulated in your advertising for Studio.
Plus was cheaper on the Gold Coast

I liked the location
The fire alam wasnt on, bed was wet, elevator was terrorfying, light was blown, no car spaces for big cars.

Great unit and the space. It was a well appointed unit with great views out to the ocean.
The kitchen did not have any microwave dishes or lids for the saucepans.
