La variedad del desayuno, con zumo de naranja natural y las vistas de la terraza. Respecto a la habitación: su amplitud, la cocina y su propia terraza.

Mixed feelings, some staff were very friendly, other staff members were not.

Location
Staff service. The AC was not working, called the font office, they said will notify collegue to repair but never got taken care of. Had to open windoow for air and the mosquitoes had us for dinner. The staff also misinformed us about breakfast being included with the room.

Location is fantastic! Next to Vigo’s estuary and a stone’s throw of the boat to take you to the Cie Islands, with plenty of restaurants around it. The terrace views are breathtaking and pretty cool at sunset. But the part of it is the staff: from the reception to the waiters, they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and sure they did! Would recommend this place to anyone in Vigo!

Very clean
We had requested a double bed as we were a couple on our anniversary and we were given two single beds. It was also noisy in the corridor in the morning.

Roof top terrace was being refurbished, which was very disappointing as this was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel

Perfect location near the old part of town, next to lively public gardens. Loved the bathtub, room was nice and warm. everything clean and modern. staff super helpful speaking Spanish to arrange our next stay which was a private property.

Everything was great, the hotel seems to have been renovated recently, very modern. The room we got was huge, very nice space with a desk to work in.
The hotel is under renovation, very loud construction noises in the morning. However, they did let us know in advance so we were prepared.

The location and the staff
The rooms and bathrooms are very basic and dated, they need a refresh. Also, the walls are like paper, we were woken up every morning by the housekeepers hoovering and moving the beds and people shouting.
We requested a double bed which we 100% understand is subject to availability, but travelling as a couple, twin single beds are not ideal.
