very clean, close to the pool, lovely balcony. Excellent location, walk to beach, shops & restaurants. Large ensuite, good shower etc

The room was a bit 'tired', a bit of peeling paint and warn carpet.

An inviting clean comfy welcome home feeling. I luved the ocean / beach atmosphere in our apartment. The little touches around the room was delightful. Fabulous sitting out on the balcony, overlooking the pool. Spectacular views.

The price for our accommodation was a bit out of our budget. We would have liked to stay longer , unfortunately we couldn’t afford it.

View of the water was good from 5th floor. Unit was very welcoming & spotlessly clean & fresh on entry, thank you Sarah. Pool, spa & sauna excellent, entire area had just been geurnied clean. Lifts were fast arriving. The rooftop was amazing 🤩

Construction & a very busy intersection out front was extremely noisy when out on balcony. There was often the smell of cigarette smoke from adjoining balconies so we could not spend time out there at all as it was complete unpleasant ☹️

Fantastic views of the Pumicestone Passage & out to sea also, could see the cargo ships going passed

That there is a new resort being constructed across the street, which would in time block some of the views from this location.

liked the studio apartment although the shower area needs a bit of renovation as the door for teh shower opens imwards therefore water goes everywhere

Convenient location, close to the CBD and not far from the waterfront. Underground car parking.

It's a really amazing place, you can really relax yourself in there. The Sauna was perfect, the room big and super comfortable and the staff extremely nice. I loved stay there. Super Advice!!!

Saggy mattress, poor shower, no pressure and hot water cut in and out.

The building looked tired. The room has now become a studio room since the bedroom walls were removed.

A tea towel would be good to dry two cups as the dishwasher was to large for this

Room 302 - Nice room. Different layout. spacious

Room location 302 - location good. Room nice but a few things not working properly. The microwave had a wrong glass turntable on it. put food in to heat up and it didn't turn around. The pillows to the bed were very flat. The lounge seating was very soft and worn, so you would sit on the timber frame. The TV had a black line going down it to one side of the picture. The shower base was missing corking/grout/silicone and the tiles to the base looked dirty. Sauna to the top seating of the room, the timber was all worn and sticking up, splinter danger.

The location was perfect

No plates, cutlery or any sort of eating utensils. Even though it is a studio apartment and did have coffee a couple of plates and basic cutlery would have helped.
