there was a gentleman that worked there that was not very helpful or friendly the air conditioning was terrible and the rooms were so hot

The service from the manager/owner of the apartment was extremely rude to me, when there was a beeping noise in my apartment. He came up to do litterly nothing. He said he doesn’t know what it is, and I asked what happens If this happens all night? His response “well I hope it doesn’t” and Said nothing else: I said well I hope not too. He said “ you’d have to call me I guess”. When mentioning to possibly the wife also manager, she defended him when she wasn’t even there to see how he spoke to me. I said would have been nice to be offered another room for my kids and when I’ve spent $400 a night. And she responded oh no we couldn’t have got you in another room- meanwhile 2 buildings, and car park only a quarter full. Definitely was not even half booked out. Wouldn’t stay here again.

View was amazing. Apartment was nice. Pool was nice.

That guests threw a party on our 2nd day and we were unable to fully use the spa area. The lack of signage for the bins. The outside is being renovated so its looks quite unsightly. Inside could use a big upgrade and decor freshen up.

We moved the beds to put together and the floor was very dusty. Found chocolate and shoes under the bed from other people. The light covers need to be taken off for a good clean. The curtains need to be replaced and air vents put in the bathrooms

My family just loved it especially the heated pool in winter a bonus!Loved the shops nearby.Boys went fishing.Boat Club handy!Wonderful views & the weather was great.We will be back next year! Ok

The bedrooms were a bit small, but didn’t really matter,only there to sleep! Maybe the broom & dustpan could be washed!

Dead cockroach under bed. Plates and cutlery too old. Only one sachet of laundry powder offered. Apartment in general quite dusty.
