There is a lot to like and a lot not to. We had 2 rooms, the triple was amazing on the 2nd floor and beautifully furnished, my husband and 2 sons stayed in this. My daughter and I stayed in basement level in a twin room which was poor. It smelt of cigarette smoke and was not comfortable , not in the same category as the triple at all. Noisy and hard beds felt cheated.
Did not have vegetarian options at dinner, that’s really not good enough in this day and age! Being offered pasta with cream ? Also hot breakfast was actually cold scrambled eggs.
Shame as it could be amazing with a few tweaks.

The location is great. The service was very good. There are valet parking, ski room service, excellent breakfast and dinner. The front desk helped us to buy ski lifts. All people working there were so helpful and polite.

if I had to point someting out, it would be that it’s a bit far away from the centre of the village (25 min walk). However, the hotel offers transport free of charge.

The location, the friendly staff, the half board menu was fantastic - breakfast and dinner were outstanding quality and taste.
The basic room was of poorer quality, next time would stay at this hotel but get an upgrade of the room category

love the location been many times before and it really is so conveniently located for skiing.The hotel is under new ownership since our last visit and we were very pleased that it has retained its character whilst being upgraded and very well run, and staff were exceptional. The ski shop is the best ever visited anywhere, so helpful with friendly and very knowledgeable service.
wine list is quite expensive ( this is Courchevel! ) but a few entry level choices say some house wines would be welcome

The location is unbeatable. The Staff - in particular Mario the shuttle driver and the restaurant staff (who dealt with one of my very fussy daughters) - were, simply, exceptional. I could not fault the service - it was first rate!
Prices in Courchevel (not just the Courchneige) are very expensive for Brits!

We have stayed in the Courcheneige many times over the years and always enjoyed our stays and found the staff very helpful.
We had to cancel our stay at the Courcheneige at the beginning of Feb because my husband failed the pre flight Covid test. As our payment of £2,300 to the hotel was non refundable we made an insurance claim. Our Insurance Company requires an invoice from the hotel to confirm the payment wasn’t refunded. 4 weeks have now passed and despite numerous phone calls and emails from both us and Booking.com the Courcheneige still hasn’t sent us the invoice.
Given the straightforward nature of our request, I am at loss to understand why the hotel won’t send it to us.

Breakfast buffet was varied, fresh and well presented.
Dinner menus were thoughtfully generated, but the seasoning of the dishes was somehow lackluster. On the other hand, the dessert bar was extraordinary.
