Everything is perfect , starting from welcoming staff, beautiful views , room in first building was perfect sea view ! The resort offered so much activities and events , we had lots of fun with the Villains team ! The pool party was great . Mustafa from the pool bar great boy. And all the staff in general is very professional and kind. We will def come back here sooooon.

Beautiful resort. Welcoming and thoughtful staff, good food and super snorkeling in 3 different jetties. What made our stay peaceful and easier was the kids club . We always felt safe when our kids were away from us enjoying with other children and animators. Also rooms are in a great renovated conditions with a unique Egyptian style . Receptionists are great and overall all the staff is nice . we are very satisfied !

The Hotel is very pleasant. Room light and spacious with nice view (6415) .My stay was very smooth , the check in has been extremely fast , thanks to the reception staff (Mahmoud and mr. Ibrahim). It’s rare to see such a good service in the restaurants and bars . Everyone is very polite and passionate about the work . Can’t forget to mention the team of entertainment that makes you feel like home. Engy and her team were making the beach lively and fun with their activities ! Everyone is always asking if you meed anything and they are really genuine and nice . Great evening program in sky bar , available hookah and good drinks. Big thanks to barman Islam. Also I recommend to visit at least once the Spa center .

I spent in rotana only 2 days but I fell in love . I will come back next time with my family asap. The hotel offers a broad choice of activities for kids and families . The beach is big and comfortable, also multiple heated pools for children . I’ve heard good feedback about the food and entertainment here and I was not disappointed. I recommend !

The resort deserves completely its 5* . Professionalism and great service , show how good is the management . It’s not my first visit and every time I get amazed by the beauty of the resort . The corals are amazing , the territory is very clean and well maintained. There is always something to do thanks to the great entertainment here. Everyday events, parties, dance lessons and fun games at the beach . This is a really huge plus for the hotel because thanks to the animation I met new people and we became great friends. Food is as always on top , especially the Palms restaurant. Great bar selection and shisha in sky bar. I stayed in 6th building , pool and sea view and I am very satisfied .

Great hotel , with a professional and welcoming staff , amazing design , good restaurants and bars . The territory very clean and beautiful . There is different areas for relaxation and active holiday . Great place for families with children and for solo travellers as well . The middle beach area is always so fun and active . The resort proposed multiple activities and events every single day , and night shows in the evening . In one word you will always feel special and welcome . The relax area is very calm and green , perfect if you like to meditate . Everyone is friendly and helpful . Big thanks to the guest relation Inna and Angie from entertainment team they are doing their best and are a huge plus for the hotel . I’ve seen reviews saying that once you arrive to rotana you feel like home and I 100% agree with this !

The beach and certain rooms are better than others. we had to change rooms, the first one was not good.

They were doing works the entire time and there was too much noise. Breakfast ends 10:30, before 10:30 there’s already too much noise in the space and it doesn’t feel comfortable at all to start a day like that. food is below average (we were not part of the all inclusive deal, we ordered à la carte)

I would like to thank all the stuff who were very friendly and ready to make our accomodation at utmost comfort level. In this regard, special thanks to Mostafa and Salah who assisted us to enjoy our vacation with a very good opening. It was for sure that without their gesture while we arrive and leaving made us to enjoy the facilites and acted as a warm welcome and fairwell. Thus, we look forward again to visit the facility and get the most of the breath taking enviroment. Thank once again Mostafa and Salah and all the other kind staff of Rotana.
