El alojamiento tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, los toboganes muy divertidos. Las piscinas eran fabulosas y las tumbonas de la playa perfectas, una maravilla.

La atención de los camareros, éramos un grupo grande y cuando íbamos a pedir cervezas para varios nos ponían problemas. Además de no ser agradables en el trato, el único camarero que nos atendió con una sonrisa era el del bar del Aquapark Gardens que estaba al lado de la recepción, se llamaba Hany. Mechas gracias

The hotel is lovely, with pretty little buildings and well attended outside area, great pools and water-slides, and close to the beach. Many thanks to Sharaf, Ahmed and Hussnin for their help with every request.

Food was plentiful but unfortunately not the quality expected and not matching the general character of the hotel in my opinion.

The territory is awesome — very green and nice. You can walk within the territories of three resorts, which is cool. The facilities and the aqua park were great, the food was good, and the staff was amicable. It's a bit too far from all other facilities, so you cannot really go out, and it gets boring to stay there all the time. But for the 3 days we were there it was excellent.

Felt very welcome and safe staying here. The reception staff especially Mohammed with the glasses took very well care of us. Would definitely recommend!

Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, nobody did anything so we called the reception to resolve the issue.

The hotel is part of the complex consisting of 3 hotels - Club resort, Seal Life and Gardens Aquapark. The Club resort's facilities are truly amazing and well worth the 5 stars. The Sealife and Gardesn are barely 4 if not 3 stars. We had a great holiday after all because we spent all the time at the beach, pool and restaurants of the Club resort, only going to Garden Aquapark to sleep. The landscaping, the gardens of all 3 hotels is great and very well maintained. The staff is very attentive, always asking if anythind needs to be done to improve the stay The Japanese restaurant was great with good food and good entertainment at the same time. The cleaner Mustafa was trying his best to make our stay comfortable and nice.

The Gardens aquapark part of the complex is completely outdated and in desparate need of full refurbishment. The furniture, the doors, walls, curtains need to be fully renovated. The system of beach towels replacement is very confusing. You are supposed to leave them in the room in the hope that cleaner will change them at some point, which can be 2 pm, 4pm. So if you take your beach towels with you to the beach, you never get them replaced unless you ring the reception and ask them to do it straight away.

very nice green territory, 3 hotels are together and there is place to walk, nice new aqua park, nice beach, even though due to reef there are very few places to swim ( except for the reef, where there is rope to hold to). the reef is open, when the sea is relatively calm.

the rooms need some renovation, the swimming pools are heated during winter, but the water is not very warm there. there is animation, but you find out by accident that something is happening. there are lots of mosquitoes both outside and in the rooms (at least in winter). hotel staff sprays something in the rooms, but it does not really help.

the only good thing about this place was a spectacular reef for snorkeling (but very windy and big waves, so jetty is often closed) and more or less warm slides for smaller kids. the heated pool was not warm enough for pleasant swim and aquapark was freezing cold during December. The hotel territory is quite nice as well, beautifully decorated for New Year celebration.

the hotel is cutting the cost on everything: bathroom toiletries, poor water pressure, food quality, Wi-Fi only at lobby and very weak, extra charge for many things, which are included in other hotels, like fresh juice, ice cream, pop corn, bottle of local beer (same beer in plastic cup is free), service level of staff needs to be improved.

Great place. Lovely space, food and staff. Aquapark was good fun.

Toilets in the communal areas near the pools and reception could have been cleaner.
