Service takes a very very very long time

Nice place. very nice service in the restaurant and on the pool.

Horrible front office!!! Unfriendly and long-winded. Should be trained to fit in such a nice place.

location, pools, beautiful rooms and excellent staff

beach wasn’t groomed, some amenities were closed due to off season. breakfast menu needs to be enhanced.

Overly priced

The resort was really nice! Amenities and the buffet breakfast was amazing!

It’s hard to call the lobby, you have to use your own phone. If you wish to eat in your room there’s additional charge of 10% which I think is not reasonable.

Given the price to stay per night the resort failed to give the luxury feeling that they have branded for.

- No telephone to use to communicate with the staffs you have to txt them and of course it will be charged to your network and when I called them to request for extra toiletries No answer on the given number I have to walked going to the reception - internet was slow. They are matipid in giving toiletries when asked so, the medications such as paracetamol is also being charged. The pool was not that cleaned you can smell the chlorine used to make it look clean. The Receptionist is not aware of Senior citizen discount. For the Spice Market the food is good.

Staff are always there to tend on our needs. They go beyond my expectations of hospitality. It has been my third time there but definitely not the last. I went recently with a friend to show what albay has to offer. And they did not fail to achieve what I have hoped for.
