The staff was so nice.

The staff are kind, the hotel is clean.

No choices for breakfast. The cafe is closed. Noisy kids in the hallway. I stayed for work but there were kids during my stay playing in the hallway. Also, the wifi is weak. I had to use my mobile hotspot to be able to work.

Staff were very helpful and polite. The sheets were especially nice we wanted to know who the suppliers were.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and you have a very good view of Mayon from their roof deck.

Because they have no elevator, it's not recommended for senior citizens who has problems with stairs. Although the food is good, they only serve 1 kind for breakfast, no other options.

The rooms are big. Beds are comfortable. It's quiet at night. There is a roof top where you can view the mayon volcano. Bathrooms are clean. With heaters. My husband love that there is a flowerhorn on the 2nd floor. As he also takes care of one at home. There's only 1 power socket. But you can request for an extension.

The parking is too small. Some customers need to park beside the road. A bit far from the nearest stores like 7/11. Have to do a 5 minute walk to the nearest one. Saw a cockroach on the hallway. Too many ants. If you throw something in the trashbins, ants will definetly be there. Need to upgrade your airconditioning, specially with the rooms in front. The heat just comes in since the front have glass for walls. With tv, but no local channels.
