Location ok. Kind receptionists.

Very loud apart with very thin walls, sockets falling off the wall, everything out of use (coffe mashine etc.). The room seemed much bigger on the photos but it actually was really small. The price is way too high for this "stanadard".

Shower was in bedroom, no air condition and was very hot, one toilet for the whole hotel..the price it not realistic, too expensive

It is close to the citty centre. Easy to find it.

They need a good refurbished. It is a hotel where you can sleep for a night. Rooms are really small. Heating is working overnight between 22:30 and 2:00. Even if they have an air condition, they don't give you the remote. The staff at the reception are really friendly.

I appreciated the kindness of all the staff. The room represented great value for money.

The walls are a bit thin.

The bed was extremely large and absurdly comfortable. That's the main thing about this room. The more, it's not a wholesome large space, but it's quite enough for two people and the bathroom was fine too. Plus, the sir who received us was very sympathetic and helpful.

It could be a bit cheaper comparing to the same kind of room in other places, but accordingly to Milan's reality it end ups being fair enough.

Bed was comfy. Staff were very accommodating.

Bed had stains, toilet had no lid and tap on sink was about to fall off. Artwork ripped. Can hear noise through the corridor.

The owner was very nice and talkative. Made our visit a lot nicer.

we didn’t get the room we booked. if we wanted the single beds we originally requested, we were told we would have to pay an extra €50. and bathroom was shared despite not being specified, and there was a queue in the morning. there is a shower in the room, but no curtain for privacy if travelling with others. noises from other rooms and the street were loud at all hours.

Didn’t like at all ! no toilet paper, bedsheet not clean and no heat !

poor facilities, poor service especially night time staff is not helpful, impolite! water leaking at bathroom and very small and old bedsheet is not clean not worth for 200 Euro per night ! photo at website not match to really environment worse than stay at hostel and not a true hotel ! we thought this is hotel and paid high price ! so bad ! no photo to share as really bad ! doesn’t want to take photo at all 😰

The staff went out of their way to be friendly, the room was clean as was the bathroom. The room had a TV and space to put clothes.

Our room smelled of cigarette smoke for the duration of our stay, the rooms were not soundproofed whatsoever which made for a disturbed night sleep. If staying to explore the city centre, I would recommend staying closer as the location felt run down.
