Great appartment.. very central and easy walking distance in all directions but really closs to underground if you don't like walking.. so near the food court too.

I think a short description of arriving with underground would be fantastic. It took me over an hour to try follow google directions when in fact you walk up the road, through the first arch and you see the sign for the hotel!!

Marina printed our documents,answered few questions

We booked a family 2 bedroom apartment,first day they gave us a different apartment with no living room when we spoke to marina ,she was not honest and try to convince us that it was the room which we booked, eventually she agreed to move us next day to our booked apartment which was not looking as it shown in booking photos,when we asked marina why its not like the photos she blamed booking.com and said it comes like this in booking,there is no transparency in their dealing where they place all the photos of their apartments which they have in each individual apartment ,so people get fooled by photos,, No elevator apartment at 6th floor. Location is 40 minute to center as shown in picture attached by me,marina said its only 15 minute. She didnt like it when we asked for the apartment which we booked and said complain to booking. They asked us for good review before check out

Exceptionally caring stuff, accommodating any wish or need with a lot of care. Big apartments, quiet. Close to subway, food market and great set of restaurants. Walking distance to mariinsky park. Great internet connection.

The staff is amazing! Super helpful! Marina at the reception helped us in thousand ways it was almost like having a personal assistant!

Marina, she is super helpful and has provided each and every thing what we needed during our stay.

Very clean and wonderful to get new blankets for the beds every day and having the staff doing the dishes. Located close to the public parks and Kyiv food market which we used every day. We would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to visit Kyiv and not think about anything.
