по букингу был обещан хороший номер, с кроватью размера кинг-сайз и балконом, а заселили в убогий обычный номер с кроватью размером 130 на 180 см. а у меня рост 185 см... Ужасно недоволен отелем, и завтраком, который почему-то хвалят в отзывах.

Location is great, few minutes from down town. Very clean. Is a basic pension well located with a terrasse for breakfast.

I booked a room for three hoping that even if probably it wouldn’t look like the pictures, it would be decent size. It was on the ground floor, no light and very small, just room for the three beds and nothing else. It’s not a place to spend time in your room, knowing that is a clean well located place. Extremely clean room with new facilities - excellent bathroom, powerful air conditioner, comfortable mattress. Breakfast was good and fresh although the same every day. Great location at the city centre, away from the noisy clubs and restaurants. Nice balcony for breakfast with a magnificent view to the mountains. Helpful host - we ordered a book at the address and the host helped us receive it. Thank you!

Basic room with little space to put your belongings and to sit. Need a bedside lamp and to shorten the curtains a bit to be able to open the window properly Internet was really slow all the time, maybe new routers are needed. Two nights the guests from the other rooms were very noisy screaming in the middle of the night coming from a party and woke us up. So, basically if you're unlucky to have noisy neighbors, you'll be bothered.

The location, staff and breakfast were good . My room had a nice balcony with good view . The bathroom was spacious and good quality fittings , and the upstairs terrace was a very pleasant place to have breakfast . It was quiet , in an interesting location very close to the centre and bus station too , and I heard very little noise from neighbouring rooms .

The room was small for a twin ,with very poor facilities to store personal stuff , and no bedside table of any kind , if 2 people had been using it I don’t know how they’d manage. I disliked the lack of top sheet , only a rough white cover to use and blankets. The bathroom door was over a foot above the level of the bedroom with no step ,it needed one .

Booking.com gave us a partial refund due to the inconvenience caused. Unable to comment on stay as we weren't able to stay at the accommodation we booked

Owner wasn't upfront about the change in circumstance and could have handled the situation with a lot more honesty. We arrived at time of check-in (12o'clock) to be told we could leave our bags in luggage storage and go for a walk to the market down the road as our our room would be ready in an hour. When we returned back, we were told our room was downstairs. We were taken and given a room in a different building with the owner present. We didn't think much of it at first but realised something was a bit off when we returned to make the payment and the owner of Santos pension was no longer present and payment was requested in cash. When i insisted on card payment or payment throught the card held on booking.com I was taken to a tobacco shop on the main street to make payment as the accommodation didn't have a card machine. The facilities in this alternative room were also different to what we had booked at Santos Pension (wet floor toliet and poor security - toliet window didn't shut properly, main doors of hotel always open with rarely anyone on reception) Booking.com was contacted and owner explained via booking.com agents our room was not available due to previous stayers being in hospital due to covid19. This should have been stated to us before arrival or at least at check-in that they had arranged the alternative hotel and we would not be staying at Santosa pension

Very good breakfast, everything fresh.
