Old and dirty room. Floor was sticky. Drain in the shower was working poorly, so while taking a shower, water level was reaching my ankle.

The property has nice views over Kas and is located in a quiet area.

I booked the apartment which was not in the same building but across the street. it was a very basic apartment with minimal products. the swimming pool was quite sma and mostly shaded so therefore cold. on the last day the water was shut off with no explanation. I was accommodated in a room within the hotel but it was not convenient as I was trying to a catch a ferry. the staff seemed unwilling to help with the situation. the parking was street parking only and most of the space was reserved by other hotels or property owners. it should not be assumed free parking is readily available.

Excellent Staff and Service. Clean Rooms and Very close to centre and beaches. Great Breakfast, Good view and Balconies. It has everything you need. Rooms are cleaned everyday and the cleaners are so sweet as well. There is manager called Ika, the best man so humble and helpful. Amazing experience.

I only stayed one night so an opinion from someone who stayed longer would probably be more informed but I had no issues and the room is big and it's in a great location and it's a very quiet and secluded area, the guy at reception even parked my car for me in a very tight space right in front of the hotel.

The tv wouldn't come on even after the guy changed the batteries and the WiFi didn't work as seems to be the case in every hotel I've stayed in Turkey either too slow or not working

Close to the centre and harbour area. Beautiful views from higher floor rooms and the terrace restaurant where breakfast was very nice. Some of our rooms were a little small, especially for three sharing. . access to parking is not easy on the narrow road, but staff were very helpful and parked for us. Overall very good value for money

İt would be nice to have tea/coffee facility in the room. Some of us like a cuppa at 6am

Warm welcome on arrival and all information given. Staff were knowledgeable of Kas and readily willing to help. Comfortable bed. Lovely clean pool and the sea view from my balcony.

View: clear sea view, great sunset view from the balcony and the breakfast area. Location: close enough to main restaurant streets but not too close it would be loud. Very calm and pleasant. Great for a couple of days!

doesn’t have beach access, for us it was ok! For long stays probably wouldn’t repeat.

Everything was great, staff helped us with everything we needed. Definitely a must stay place.

Parking is a big issue. No parking space really available….travelling by car is a nightmare. But I think this is a general issue of Kas.
