Booking.comで割安となっていた。ロケーション、室内設備、朝食、ロビー、スタッフ、ジムの質、すべてが良かった。モールにも連結しているし、エントランス横ですぐタクシーがひろえるのもありがたい。広々した部屋で、きれいなバスタブがありくつろげた。電源が操作できるパネルは便利。ラマダンの飾り付けもきれいだった。

細かいことを言えば、朝食会場でスプーンが各テーブルにもビッフェ会場にもなく、スタッフに言わないと出してもらえないのが不思議だった。室内ではデスクそばのライトが暗く、テレビが安定せずよく画像や音声が切れた。

The manger at Alwaha restaurant is a leader who is following customer oriented approach to manage the work, he is such a kind person. The staff at registration desk at the time of arrival for check in is an excellent welcoming person , managed to register the check in at no time. The car service staffs are so polite and respectful, my deep thanks to them, although the weather is hot but they were working hard. Thank you to the kitchen service to the rooms, my child loved the chicken burger, and I loved chicken pizza. Thanks also to room services , whatever I asked for the room items, they just provided at the earliest. The breakfast at Alwaha restaurant is with different varieties thank you for the staffs over there except one ( details after). My son loved the stay, he asked me to stay more days, but unfortunately we have to catch our flight Thank you for taking all the efforts and made me and my son to have pleasant stay.

The swimming pool is not matching the fabulous building; as it’s utilized by children and adults at the same time, it will be more effective if there is bigger children swimming pool with playing stuffs like the sliders, please do not allow children playing with water guns or balls at the swimming pool for the safety of people specially children. The servant lady ( China I think) at Alwaha restaurant at the breakfast time should be guided to be polite with people, even if she had an argument with them. The windows at the room is easily opened and reachable by the children, this is a high risk issue that needed to be studied carefully in order to prevent incident of falls especially at the high levels. I recommend that the family with children should b accommodated at the lower levels of the hotel for easily exiting the children at emergency time

Very comfortable rooms with all of the amenities required. It's a very large hotel so lots of staff available. Very attentive conceirge staff and valet staff particularly. The reception was also very good. I also forgot a watch in the room, and the team were extremely cooperative in getting it back to me by post. The fact that it is connected to the neighboring mall is really convenient.

The lobby is really modern end luxurious. Breakfast copious with friendly staff.
