Overall disappointed, we booked a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment to share between 3 friends. We had apartment 18 which smelled really bad, which didn’t get us off to a good start. I assume the previous guests had cooked a curry or something spicy, as the smell was overwhelming, and quite gross actually. I appreciate that management cannot control what other guests do, but as we had been given extensive “rules” to comply with, maybe it would be useful to add further guidance about guests not cooking anything that is going to cause lingering smells? The apartment was not as nice as I was expecting to be honest, from the photos advertised. It was more like student accommodation, and a bit basic; the door to the kitchen/sitting room slammed shut very noisily, and so was very noisy for the 2nd bedroom, so maybe a door dampener or soft closing is needed? It served a purpose for our weekend stay, but would not recommend as it was too expensive for what we actually got.

Lift was not working when we checked in. Odours in the corridors.

We did get a drain smell which was quite strong at times Also had room 25 on paper work but number 23 written on key swipe minor confusion plus one lift not working when we arrived but was repaired quickly.

The location is in walking distance of the coach station and city centre. There's a Tesco Express 30 seconds away. The flats are spacious and have all the amenities required.

The bed was very hard.

It was too much noise coming from outside as the shutters in the window wont shut.

Property is at a great location, a few mins walking to the city center. Above a Subway store and 1-min from a Tesco.

We have been touring UK for a month now, and this stay ranked at the bottom. The check-in process, especially the parking is horrible. You have to park on-street (very limited parking close-by), walk to apartments, wander a lot to find the keys to garage. The bed is uncomfortable. Kitchen space is very basic. Too many warnings and fines on the information sheet, making the experience stressful.

Location across from bus depo as we had a lot of days out .

We looked out at Tesco back door shop closed 11pm deliveries arrived from midnight till 6am very noisey and lit up . Appartment 45. If you stood outside and someone opened the front door could just walk in . We left at 6am for a flight and a young lad was sleeping outside the ground floor rooms in the corridor . Appartment door was not self locking so had to remember to lock it . We had a fire alarm go off 2am possibly a smoker we gathered at the entrance fire brigade did not arrive to reset a resident opened the box reset it without any announcement to the pyjama standing crowd .

the apartment was lovely, close to the centre, easy to find and spotless too. very nice and modern. nice to stay in an apartment rather than a hotel. especially as this place was so comfortable and clean.

Central location, toiletries provided, nice spacious beds, lovely selection of teas/coffees/hot chocolate

Bigger room was very cold unless you had the heating on for some time beforehand - easily fixed
