Chambres vieillissantes Pas de prises près du lit Notre douche et lavabo étaient bouchés, nous avons attendu 2h pour le services de maintenance qui n’est pas venu et finalement nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. Ménage très sommaire. Très déçus pour un 4 étoiles

Good location, good bar, helpful staff, tidy rooms.

Misplaced parking reservation caused some confusion (which was difficult to get in the first place due to a long time on hold), but issue quickly resolved on arrival with appropriate apology.

We arrived at 3 couldn’t get anything to eat until 5.30 which wasn’t good for us as we had to be at a concert, so had to find somewhere outside the hotel.

Bad smell in the hotel corridor and in the room, old carpets that smell bad Room number 900 was not a 4 star room, stains on walls, floorboards loose from walls

First time we stayed at radison blu as always admired it but couldn’t afford it - room rate was good so thought we would try it - the standard of the hotel downstairs was classy, what I expected but room was very disappointing - toilet seat off set and too small for the loo, bathroom door at bottom water damaged, no toilet brush, tables in room with all marks on them, carpet lump, chair had sharp metal in it, shelf, walldrobe knocks and marks on it. Pics attached - wasn’t the detail one would expect at all! Felt like we got an old room that wasn’t looked after. Premier inn better room standard. Room 703.

We had evening meal Fish and chips weren’t on menu but bar man rang and the chef said he would do some for us 😃👍but we had to eat on the big comfy chairs which wasn’t easy to eat but the meal was good

The room was very run down and dirty. Not at all what I expected from a radisson hotel. Unfortunately this has really put me off stay with this chain

Limited range of fruit and yougurts. Basics were available but not a lot more for the price.

The rooms are starting to look a little bit in need of refurbishment and some items stained. Bathrooms a bit basic for the price, though fine.

Nicely proportioned room with some nice free facilities such as bath robes and coffee machine. Also great location particularly for the inner harbour area of the city with countless bars, restaurants and other attractions

Shabby old hotel. Room service food selection good but actually only two items available including a disgusting tuna melt.

The location was close to the city centre so close to the concert venue where our event was. But that's about it.

There was a huge problem with getting a straight answer about parking. Our window was jammed open and maintenance claimed there was nothing that cloud be done. So we got no sleep as the room was freezing cold, there was a bus stop outside that had vehicles going past all the time and the drunk people going home didn't stop until around 5.30am. there was another room we could have moved to but they refused to clean it so, apparently the hotel was fully booked, which I don't believe. If I wasn't legally blind and my husband hadn't had 2 drinks, we would've checked out at midnight and driven home. Ruined the whole trip. The manager was very matter of fact and unsympathetic. They did give us our parking fee back and 10% of our room fee back but I don't feel that's enough after the terrible time we had.

Bath plug wasn't working, so I had to call a maintenance.

My favourite thing is the view for the city and location how placed is the hotel in the city centre. Big plus is very professional staff working in the hobby they are treating you as a star.

First night in the hotel we spend in the room on the floor 1405. Room was very dusty on the wallpaper also we discover under the toilet seat desk wasn’t clean very well. Second room on the 1604 was in the better clean standard in the next day.

Breakfast was nice and in a great location. When we complained about our standard room not being clean enough the staff was friendly and quickly upgraded us to a premium room. Bed was comfy.

Standard room that we initially booked was quite dusty and dirty. Interior was unusual and unappealing. When my partner tried to have a shower the water was way too hot and he was unable to control the temperature. Also the water pressure was way too high which caused water to go all over the bathroom. He was unable to have a shower in the end. We were disappointed and was not worth the money we paid.

I arrived and they didn’t have a room available as something had gone wrong with the booking. They gave me a suite in the end which was lovely.

We asked 3 times for extra pillows down at reception n told they would bring them up then 2 hours later we still did not receive so had to ring reception off our mobile as the phone in the room did not work which we had reported earlier on in the night then at 2 am after waiting 3 hours and trips down to reception from floor 12 n told multiple times they would bring them up we were informed they had mo spare pillows and we should have been told already

Location was great and room and had a double aspect view. Nice big comfy bed. Lovely shower.
