We loved the location, views, friendly property owners, who also shared their extensive knowledge of the area. We also liked the privacy of the quaint cottage. Personal touches made it feel welcoming.

Master bed was too firm for our personal preference, noisy when it rains due to metal roof so sleep was a bit restless during overnight rains.

The hosts David and Grace were friendly+++ and accomodating. The place was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable I felt like i was in cloud 9. The location was beautiful. Communication between David and me was fast and efficient. Breakfast the next day was healthy and delicious. We couldn't help but notice little bits and pieces that the hosts had for the guests that made our stay even more better. From start to finish our experience was 10 stars🌟 I would recommend this place A+++ I am looking forward to booking again with David and Grace. Ngaa Mihi Diama Williams

Grace and David are wonderful hosts, friendly and caring and very knowledge about Rotorua. Beautiful house and room with a great view of the town especially at night.

we did not have breakfast as we were in the bach & we visited the hot pools waikite, volcanic valley, & had our dinners at the princes gate hotel the whole bach was very comfortable and clean, and a lovely setting, the hosts David and Grace were exceptional made us very welcome, we loved the interaction with the Alpacas, we would certainly go again.
