El que hubieran tenido la amabilidad de cambiarme de habitación mi reservación era para dos camas y me facilitaron el acceso a una cama King
Aunque la comida del restaurante es buena solamente creo que sus precios son muy elevados
Y en cuanto a la facturación en Restaurante es muy burocrática creo que debieran de facilitas el proceso ya que somos clientes registrados y aún así me pidieron mandar un correo

We did not eat at the hotel so I cannot rate the food. The hotel itself is beautiful, their cleanliness was impressive and their staff was amazing and extremely friendly as well as helpful to us when we had questions. They made it easy for us to convert our dollars to pesos for payment. Room was a good size and the bathroom was beautiful.
The one and only thing that could be better is to have a mini fridge in the room. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Staff extremely friendly. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable with a nice shower that was hot and good pressure. Wifi was good. Didn't do breakfast, so can't comment. Was looking for something on my path... this is my other new spot! Perfect for my needs!

Everything was really good, accommodation, quiet place, green areas the best of the best, hospitality was on point.
The attitude of one staff member of the front desk, she did not care about the guest, she was just saying excuses about the DIRT and HAIR floating in the JACUZZI, the WORST attitude of all, she must be removed if she does not change that. Might be the dirtiest experience I have ever had.

Location
Tried to charge me for my stay when it was already paid. Low water pressure for shower, toilet was leaking. Carpet was dirty, had a shower, walked on the carpet for the evening and my feet were black from doing so. Tried to order room service, what we wanted wasnt available. Stayed here many times in the past, this visit will put an end to that.

Breakfast is great, price is good, overall maintenance of outside facilities, good service from staff
The pool hours, they ask you to get out at 8:00 PM, when there is still plenty of day light and should extend at least in summer time. I had to cut my trip short one day and they refused to make the adjustment, had to pay in full when I did not stayed the last day, the manager said they could not make a change because of booking.com. I did give notice a day before my checkout and they never mentioned this.

This is an exceptional hotel. Full amenities, restaurants, bar, gym, great pool & tennis courts. Very friendly & helpful staff. Even your car gets washed every morning.

The location was perfect for us because we had family living close by. We needed room for an extra person and the room was perfect for our needs.
