Staff, Location, Food, Breakfast and Dinner

During our visit we found the staff was co-operative and was having a smile on the face all the time we stay . Also they were helpfull in all the way extent we need . Breakfast was so delicious and even we order something special which was not there in there buffet and they took few mins to serve the same . overall stay was excellent.

The location was good and so as the ground staff. We took a help of knowing the location of few places which they explained it in a very good manner .

The food was excellent. The selection of food and taste were very good considering a four star hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are very dilapidated. The carpets in the corridor were really smelly and dirty. The WC in our room was leaking foul water which made the room quite smelly; but it took us four days to discover the source of the smell. Although the hotel staff offered to shift us to a separate room, we couldn’t really make time for this as we were busy for work. Also, despite our multiple requests the room was not properly cleaned. The floor was always dusty. I was surprised to see cleaners dusting the carpets in the corridor with brooms instead of vacuuming. Another thing to note that one of the dining supervisors, was very unwelcoming with a stern face.

I think the spread for the dinner as well as the breakfast should have been more elaborate.

The room was awesome and every morning breakfast made our day. After a long visit only hotel is our option to survive in hot weather

Nothing much. Only worst part is that renovation work in going on which may ruin your trip, please check your room before check in to avoid disturbance
