Very Clean and tidy our room had all the things our family of 5 could need and more travelling with 3 teens meant we wanted to be together but also some space with the interconnecting rooms. was like a home away from home

No option to pay with cash. The couch was the most uncomfortable we’ve ever sat on. Not enough sitting space for 4 people (in an apartment for 4). No TV in king bed room. No flat baking oven tray for pizza. The view was a bit mundane. Cut down trees, flooding and irrigation pipe. Ants throughout room and in our food.the dishwasher made the dishes dirtier than when they went in. Perhaps the non-Finish brand powder? We had to rewash by hand. We spent about 6 minutes looking for our room, as the logic to room numbering and lettering did not make sense.

Location was good

No guaranteed parking unless you paid for it. mattresses were old and lumpy for the price you paid per night, beds were not up to standard.

exceptionally clean, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, quiet, great showers, kitchenette which is very helpful. We were here for a cycling event and this location is perfect.

Floors were a little dirty as revealed when walking into the damp bathroom. Dirty footprints on the bath mats.

The rooms are cleaned to a high level and the facilities are modern and well kept. The free coffee machine at front reception is amazing. The staff are super kind and welcoming.

having to unlock and lock the bollard every time i needed to go out. I had my 2 year old grandson with me and it was very difficult. Also raining
