Good little bed and breakfast stay, the room that we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Shared balcony as well with this room. Breakfast was nice, coffee, cereals, juices, croissants and scrambled eggs available during our stay.
The shared dining area and lounge room were nice and cosy. Parking on-site as well as street parking. Staff were pleasant and service was good :)

Breakfast was enjoyable.
There is no lift only a flight of stairs. That is not normally a problem but I am recovering from a fractured ankle so getting up and down the stairs was difficult.

The property is a very unique 1914 heritage styled building with free private parking available on site.

The property was not that easy to locate. The property's indoor amenities were good but the room facilities were more sparse than were supplied by the previous owners. The personal approach from the previous owners was missing but that is not a problem.

A lovely older building, furnished with taste and functionality. Stairs to bedroom on the upper floor are steep. Bed was super comfortable. The cooked breakfast was wonderful, the hosts are fantastic. Highly recommended, wish we had been able to stay longer (our stay was short due to work commitments.)

It was quiet and Peter and Marie were very friendly and helpful. Although we had our room serviced after we had said we didn’t want it serviced. But otherwise it was a beautiful place to stay and very comfortable rooms.

The 1914 appeal of the house , the history, the hosts make you feel very welcome , our room was a suite with king bed and sitting area plus a verandah you could sit out on as well as other sitting areas around the house , ensuite in every room , would def stay again 😀

An extremely comfortable room with exceptional facilities e.g coffee pod machine, daily home made biscuits. Complimentary breakfast served daily by the owner that left you full for the day. I thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

Our stay at Cumquat House was the perfect B&B experience. A beautiful historic home and Peter and Marie are wonderful hosts who go the extra mile to make their guests welcome. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was wonderful and being served in the dining room was like having breakfast with family. A really lovely experience.
