Accommodatio was clean, staff were very nice and close proximity to everything.

I have a problem with mould as I'm highly allergic to it. However your staff Emily and Darren went above and beyond to support me and my health needs. I felt really looked after and literally nothing was too much trouble.

The mattress was comfortable but the bed base wasn't suitable for a sensitive person with allergies, it had some contamination because it had been around a while and the wet weather hasn't helped.

We upgraded our accommodation as it had more of what we needed. Nice and quiet except for the palm seeds falling on the roof .

No fans or aircon in the bedroom .

Clean room, lovely king bed with crisp white sheets, very quiet. Quiet Airconditioner which kept the room super warm. If it had of had a microwave so we could heat food we would stay again!

One of the glasses in the kitchenette had lipstick around it, 4 x forks, no knives, 1 desert spoon. No microwave which I've not seen in accomodations before. Would have liked a toaster in the room. Spare pillow, no pillow slip.
