The hosts were very accommodating of all our requests. We even arrived one day early, and Rudi and Avalon made sure that we were most welcomed. Breakfast was superb with a good range of different food types. The rooms are very clean with a lovely little balcony off each room to take in the serenity of the outdoors.

Everything was good

Everything about our stay exceeded any expectation we had. The breakfast had the wow factor! From quality, to selection, to service, everything provided by our hosts was second to none. The accommodation was private and clean. Our bathroom smelled so lovely with mood reeds wafting beautiful fragrance. Rudi and Avalon were full of information about the surrounding area and their knowledge and years of experience was truly appreciated. Not once did we feel like we were imposing on their time and we witnessed them treat each guest with the same level of personal attention. It was an amazing experience and we will rave about this for a long time to come. If you have the opportunity to come here you must grab it! :)

Rudi & Avalon such lovely kind caring people. B&B was extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast very delicious fruits, teas, coffee, yoghurts, cooked eggs, cereals. We all loved our stay here and they are doing a magnificent job having been the B&B owners for over 25 years!

Wonderful breakfast in peaceful surrounds. Grand old home. Bathroom was super clean and functional. Loved the hosts. Loved the location. Offstreet parking in hosts driveway (absolute necessity in PB). Close to Barrenjoey House and other facilities.

Bedrooms were just bedrooms, no private lounge area as such, only common lounge which was a bit dated and cluttered with owners paraphernalia - added character but a little bit much for us. While we loved the location, the rooms were all booked and the home smelled old and damp - this was quite overpowering of a nighttime when doors all closed. Opted not to stay the second night because the bed was probably past its use-by-date and the room whilst overlooking the beautiful green garden, didn't really provide the comforts we'd normally associate with a B&B at this price point.

The Palm Beach Bed & Breakfast is a nice place to stay. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming.

I loved the location, a quiet yet central place in palm beach. We were really well looked after and Rudi & Avalon were great hosts. Couldn’t be happier!

The wonderful stories told by Rudy, the excellent local knowledge and being toured around in a gorgeous red Bentley. The room was very comfortable and breakfast was amazing. Thanks to Rudy and Avalon for their superb hospitality.

Avalon and Rudi are excellent hosts and the accommodation was superb. From the super comfy bed to the views from the balcony to the electric massage chairs which were a welcome bonus after a strenuous walk around the area. We will definitely be back.
