Location was perfect for us, right in the centre of things. Room was clean and we had everything we needed for a 3 day stay

Room next door had a squeaky door, which was not remedied even after we reported it. This was a problem for us as the occupants went in and out all night, presumably to smoke.

The central location meant that plenty of cafes and restaurants were easily within walking distance. The bed was comfy and room interior recently renovated.

The Aircon was extremely loud so we had to turn it off overnight. The room is nice and quite modern, but definitely needs a bit of maintenance, especially in the bathroom.

We were very happy with this motel, the location is fabulous, staff lovely, room spotless even having a recycling bin bed very comfortable. Highly recommend this motel to anyone!

That we couldn't stay longer :). However already planning on going back.

The only thing about this motel to like was the location

There are photos of the pool which is now a car park. Total false advertising and it was a major part of the reason we chose this property. The soap dispenser fell apart the first time I touched it and although I reported it to the office it stayed that way the 3 days we were there. The room was tiny although made to look bigger in the photos. Not really an issue unless you’re paying over $260 per night which we were. We booked for 3 guests but had to ask for a third set of crockery and cutlery as there was only 2. The motel Is allegedly 4 star so I was surprised when it was not serviced daily. The bins were emptied but the beds were not remade at all. The dust was an inch thick around the power points. Totally overpriced and disappointing

Booked a room with two separate beds. Was told that room wasn't available and my daughter a d I would have to share a queen bed. That was fine given no other accommodation available in town. Disappointed when we checked in to find a pull out sofa bed in the room that could have been made up as a separate bed.
