The people walking past the windows had to keep the curtains closed all the time, which was terrible.

Location - near market and restaurants.
No cleaning. Due to wet season the floors were muddy. Our balcony could not be enjoyed aw it was disgustingly filthy. Very loud. They hang a roll of toilet paper on your door daily. Room is full of mosquitoes. Guests were screaming and swimming late in pool and there was no hotel control over this.

Die Lage war gut. Die Betten war sehr sauber bezogen.
Die Sauberkeit war extrem schlecht. Viele Intimhaare hinter dem Toilettendeckel. Der Dreck am Boden war in den Ecken angekehrt aber nicht entfernt worden. Kein Restaurant, kein Frühstück.

Nous avons apprécié la piscine et l’emplacement, qui nous ont fait oublier un hôtel très vieillissant
la propreté, très limite pour ce genre d’hôtel, les blattes et les fourmis
Nous avons demandé des serviettes supplémentaires, on nous les a refusé (ce qui est surprenant pour ce pays)

Roof decks were a pleasure, 360 degree view of the city. At dusk, the bats came out, there was a muslim call to prayer and heat lightening lit up the sky. Awesome experience
No laundry service, but found a place close by that charged 2.00.

Nothing to like except the vicinity to the city center
Pictures on booking.com and reality do NOT MATCH at all. Entering the lobby, one is greeted by a jumble of furniture, among other 2 hospital beds. Staff did not give us the room we booked and which was depicted under Superior Double Room with Balcony and were rude and unhelpful when we complained. Room floor was dirty and obviously had not been cleaned for some time. Pool is in the shade, thus cold, no pool towels or anything, not useable. The entire hotel looks derelict, unwelcoming and the room was just not worth the money we paid!!!! Very very very dissatisfied - would not recommend this hotel at all.

it was dirty and had a musty smell. there were pails of dirty water and linens outside your rooms and the doors were wooden so they creak. the metal taps were rusty it was gross I left within an hour.

unbeatable location - can walk anywhere in the city centre. its a fairly simple level of hotel but such a great price level - nice and clean and everything worked well in the room.

I booked 2 rooms. One of the room it had a problem with air conditioner and dirty, they changed the room for us but the air conditioner still didn’t working and they have no responsible. The second room, had a bad smell from wc and dirty also don’t have foot towel we just ask politely if they can clean the room for us or change a room for us. The owner responded rudely like we had a fight or blame the client back that we are too picky or something The price was fully paid and they give us really bad service, especially the rude welcome of the owner who don’t have responsibility.
