La piscine très agréable ainsi que les espaces communs.

Il faut rajouter 5$ par nuit pour avoir la télécommande de la Climatisation. Emplacement loin de la ville, il faut prendre un Tuktuk à chaque fois. Personnel méprisant, ils ont troué mon teeshirt lors de la laverie. J’ai demandé à avoir donc la laverie gratuite (5$), ce qui est beaucoup moins que mon tee-shirt. Le propriétaire m’a insulté en disant que mon teeshirt ne valait rien. Très décevant de leur part, j’étais très mal à l’aise …

In de omgeving staat de hele dag een muzikaal deuntje op de luidsprekers op standje hard. Op zich is het een leuk deuntje maar omdat ie zo hard staat was het kei vals. En dat is super irritant, vind ik persoonlijk. Je wordt er ‘s morgens mee wakker en gaat de ‘s avonds mee naar bed. Ook in de kamer hoor je het heel goed.

AC im Raumpreis nicht inbegriffen. Frühstück etwas mager (lieber a la cart als das inbegriffene!). Lage nicht optimal; liegt etwas ausserhalb (25 gehminuten zum zentrum). Matratzen äusserst hart.

I am currently in communication with booking.com to complain about this property as the images do not match the actual rooms! I booked the double room, when I checked into the room I thought.... I didn't book this room? This room is a gross, I'd never stay somwhere this bad! There wasn't even a bed, it's planks of wood screwed together! A make shift 'desk' area that's just scrap wood screwed to a wall with a curtain rail as clothes rail! The 'headboard' was a metal pipe with wood shoved on top! NOT the room in the photo! The bathroom was yellow with filth ! Fan disgusting snd dusty! I asked to be moved rooms to... I dunno... the one I actually booked? But they said no! Sadly I HAD to stay the night as no other accommodation was avaible and I couldn't get a bus back to siem reip till the next day. I felt dirty staying in the room and woke up full of cold from the dusty room. The 'towels' provided are not towels and CERTAINLY not the pretty displays they are in the photos. I hate feeling lied to and hate feeling like someone's just money grabbing which they are here. As I say, I'm speaking with booking.com to make sure this place takes photos of the actual room you are staying in and stop lying to paying people! Also good was horrible just to stop off my waste of a visit to this place.

Food was excellent Best hotel food we’ve had and very good value. Also from what we saw, good value cocktails, spirits- I only had beer. And staff were great, very helpful and always friendly and responsive. The vibe at the hotel was relaxed and friendly, guests of all ages, young people, couples with young children, middle aged and elderly.

Can’t really think of anything negative other than the streets in Battambzri, badly potholed.

C'était top, le personnel est merveilleux.

La colazione era compresa e adeguata al prezzo, il servizio efficiente, veloce e cortese. La stanza era pulita così come il bagno e gli ambienti comuni. La reception favolosa e molto paziente. La cucina discreta, nulla da eccepire.

Ambiance détente autour de la piscine, personnel à l’écoute du clients , possibilité de rester à la piscine après Check out , garde les bagages
