A really pleasant place to stay.

rooms were large and clean. location to shops and restaurants was great. walking distance.

whilst the list of facilities is great, they do need a little maintenance. not enough golf clubs for the mini golf. no puck for the air hocky. Outdoor pool needed cleaning

Nice and clean, parking outside, great bed. And a swimming pool.

Room was clean. The location was close to town. We got a ground floor room

The reception area is tired and very dated. cob webs every where, tacky christmas decorations still up. A pole saw laying on the carpet in the foyer. The seats covered with a sheet. Service was not welcoming, our checking was not available till 30 mins after the nominated check in time. The unused room opposite reception has no curtains and full of odd junk and mattresses. Not inviting look at all. No complementary milk . Cups not matching , cupboard with kettle etc in smelt old and musky.

Great location close to city centre, Pioneer Settlement and railway station. Pool and surrounding area looked great.

It’s a big property and possibly in need of some renovations due to age. A maintenance check up would iron out a few issues with doors, windows and taps. But, it’s very clean and comfortable.

Very Noisy in Front room facing Highway. Room 15 needs maintenance- i understand the nightly rate allows for this . So value for money ok. Loose power point, , painting, etc etc.

The staff we're friendly, the room was big enough.

I booked the room because it had an extra large bed, but the bed was only a queen size - far too small. The photos of the room online were very deceiving. The place and facilities are quite run down.
