Beautiful view

The hill is a bit of a trek to get to and from the main road (but it’s not too bad)

It is well equipped with cooking facilities. The washing mechine and dryer works great.

The propery is next to a busy road. It is a bit difficult to access. The access road is quite steep and extra care in driving is requires.

A lovely location no doubt. Couldn’t ask for more. All of us loved it. The 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. Vinod was kind & helpful. The living room is on the top & all bed rooms and bathrooms are on the lower floor. Warm house for the cold weather. Parking was convenient.

The slopes are steep and since we landed after office hours there was no one to guide us on the easier way to the room. We carried all our heavy luggage up 2 floors to get to the apartment , instead of using the easier route to climb down just 5-6 odd stairs. Wish we had known. The kitchen has umpteen empty drawers. Could use a little more pots and pans may be. We had low water pressure during our stay, but they did get a plumber to check that out. Of course, It never hindered our daily routine too much. The location makes up for all that.

Great location with beautiful views. It was very handy to both Queenstown centre and Frankton shopping centre for supplies and laundromat. Had a problem with the shower but it was very quickly fixed by competent friendly staff.

The view was exceptional. Full set of kitchen facility. The washing-machine and dryer is additional bonus.

The stove is bit old, and the flush toilet is hard to press down. due to the holiday season, the charge was bit dear.

The view of the Remarkables was uninterrupted and definitely the highlight of our stay

The room needed a thorough deep clean , carpets replaced and maintenance check (we found rubbish left behind from previous guests and the kitchen & bathroom were grimed; some of the cupboard door handles weren’t attached. Unfortunately I found toenail clippings in the main bedroom & chunks of old food that looked like vomit along the edge of the carpet in the same room - it looked like someone had attempted to clean it up as it didn’t smell but it was very gross introduction to the property. Bedrooms & bathroom were small. We didn’t see receptionist on check in or check out; our key was left in a box with instructions upon arrival and on check out their was a sign on the desk saying office was unattended. Our room wasn’t serviced during our stay - although an attendant knocked and ask if we needed towels, toilet rolls or bin liners.
