Here is a complete list of everything I liked. The check in staff very warm very personal looked for my request and made my wife birthday amazing. The shuttle of transportation always available. The warmest staff you can ever meet all so caring and loving. The cleaning staff cleans daily and never skips corner. The restaurant options all different and all very delicious. The look of the pictures do meet and exceed the expectations upon arrival.

I wish there was different level other than the black card for villa holders once you paid for premium and the top dollar everything should be included because think about it if everyone has the same thing nobody is really special.

Pools were excellent , breakfast and restaurants very good. The room also very good. Overall we were satisfied with facilities

There was a noise every morning and night in the room and I believe this is unacceptable for this hotels and the price we paid. I complained about this noise but it made no difference, the noise was there every day, probably coming from the restaurants.

An amazing resort, clean and quite specious. A luxurious hotel. Nice stuff and very accommodating. Good breakfast Close to the beach (with a beach bar and sunbeds) Bus to old town in front of the hotel. A lot of restaurants to try out. I wish we booked more than 4 nights.

Considering it was a 5 Star, room facilities could have been better e.g. there was no iron so we had to wear creased clothes. Also tea and coffee making facilities were basic. I have stayed in many 4 star hotels with iron and ironing board in the rooms. There was also NO thermostatic control on the showers; this is a basic requirement in the UK and something you would expect from a 5 star resort. There was no universal point in the bathroom making it impossible to charge a shaver or electric toothbrush if a visitor from abroad. Gym and indoor pool facilities cannot be accessed before 10am which is frustrating for people to swim or work out before breakfast. Certain guests were given free reign to break hotel rules, especially in the gym, when some guests would turn up anytime they wanted to the Gym when other guests had booked, hogging some of the gym equipment e.g. treadmill, without a thought for those who had actually booked their one hour session. The sauna was not working although advertised on the list of hotel amenities. There were some ground floor rooms where sun-beds in front of those rooms ( 15 feet in front but around the pool) were regarded as belonging to the guests in those rooms so everyone with rooms on upper floors had to compete for the other sun beds which was difficult if you did not get there early. .Several times my daughter was asked to move after sitting on a sun-bed deemed to belong to certain guests in a certain room, either by the guests themselves ( often rude) or by the pool attendant. Many a time these sun-beds would remain empty all day but still no one else was allowed to use them. A ridiculous rule which shows favouritism to certain guests who were fortunate to be assigned ground floor rooms looking out onto the pools. We all paid pretty much the same for pool view rooms, whether ground floor or upper floors!

A very comfortable resort, relax and quiet. Huge spaces and a lot of swimming pool

Paid a lot of attention to detail and everything about the holiday was flawless

Couldn’t fault it apart from the pillows being a bit too plump. That being the only minor thing that I can think of.

No hot water in bath

The staff was exceptionally professional and the hotel felt very clean and COVID-safe. The general vibe was amazing: great for romantic or family break. The quality and selection of food was superb. Cars to the beach ran more frequently than promised (never waited beyond 2-5 minutes). Abundance of sunbeds. Go visit other bays, our visit to Antony Quinn was the highlight of vacation (go early in the morning, it gets busy by 9-10 am).

Beachside bar not included in all inclusive rate. Pools are 1.05 m deep, basically for kids only. The only deep pools (well…1.5 m) were for adult only rooms (which we didn’t know/didn’t book) and spa area (very far, secluded, no bars nearby). Watersport selection was poor and not included in all inclusive rate/externally managed.

Outstanding hotel. The facilities are great and there is so much pool area that it never gets crowded. The staff is very helpful. Everything is very clean and very well maintained, couldn't spot anything that would need repair.

The air conditioning wasn't strong enough for the size of the room. The 'long trousers' policy for dinner should be revised; in these temperatures, it does not make sense and shorts don't necessarily mean badly dressed.

Excellent Luxury place to stay and relax . Impress with huge territory yet very chill atmosphere. We were delighted with surprise for my mom’s birthday ( cake and bottle of champagne delivered to the room by friendly charming gentleman🥳 ) Thank you Thomas at reception and guest relation Christina. It’s very nice and sweet of you . Wonderful breakfast and helpful restaurant staff . Totally worth money you spend for ! This luxury resort will make you feel special...

Place is empty

Food is really bad, 3 star level hotel and below. Service was poor also.. All-inclusive not worth it, lots of limitations.
