Don’t order a taxi from this hotel reception stuff, they are charge a five time more! The guy from reception called the taxi and told me it would be 30 dinar, when I got to Monastir airport at the night the driver asked me 160 dinar!! Scammers! Use a bolt app. spa needs an update, dirty.

Excellent customer service, staff at the reception were so good of how they deliver thier hospitality. I will definitely visit again.

The only thing I wasn't happy with was when I brought my fiancé, there were too much restrictions, and my Mrs felt bad of the treatment she had from the security guards at the second gate. As he kept asking about her every time we pass in.

The hotel is big and nicely organized, it has the necessary facilities.

Was staying in the B-Wing and could hear loud club music from 9:30 pm to 3:30 am. Woke me uo during the night and had lots of trouble falling back asleep, once I did i slept past the full breakfast time. The continental breakfast which was right after was a real joke. They didnt even have coffee. Only some bland cereals and bread but nothing to serve the jams. The servers are not helpful at that time either

Very warm welcome, everyone is ready and willing to help, excellent food, garden view and beautiful beach. The spa center is must go, well equipped, very clean and professional staff.

1- The balcony doors are not meeting security protocols because once you close the door from outside you cannot enter the room any more.!!!! 2- Doors in that condition must be at least labeled with a note informing guests to not shut balcony doors when they are at balcony... *** We found ourselves locked at the balcony for 1 hour. Luckily, we could inform our neighbor guest from the balcony to call the reception.But unfortunately the reception staff did NOT take the call seriously and left us locked outside until finally the guy in the other room went down to the reception (from the 4th floor) to get an access card to entered our room and then opened the balcony door from inside!!!! How on earth the reception staff had sent a guest to open our door to release us from the balcony ?!! Situations like that are responsibilities of the hotel staff not the guests. That was a serious security negligence and demonstrated how irresponsible the hotel staff are!

I have remarked many times that the way of many of the staff they behave were not the same for all clients which is little bit unfair for those who paid to have a good rest and services. I have observed many times that their behaviour will depends of the nationality of the clients which is little bit some kind of racisme behavior and could ruin the whole hotel reputation

I was not given a sea view room. I was given a partial sea view room. This was not changed. I was told they didn't have a sea view room. But there were sea view rooms did the hotel overbook? I was not happy about this as I paid extra. This is why I did not give the hotel a higher mark. The Aircon needs to be better in such heat and the constant request for a review was a bit much. Either way I really enjoyed my stay otherwise.
