the hotel was really beautiful and modern and the location is great ( really close to the bus station (1 min walk) and 5 minutes with bus to the main ski lifts (Valissera Bahn). the stuff was really helpful every tine we had a request. on pur check out day they give us the possibility to let the luggage in the deposit in order to spend the last lay on slopes. and also they offered us to go take a shower in the sauna area. we had breakfast and dinner and i have to say the food was delicious and i was super happy to try local/ traditional food. in the morning the buffet was full of different type of food( cold and hot/ sweet or salty) and the quality of the products was amazing. i was super happy when one morning they served crepes.

all was great. i have to say that as a non-local tourists it was a bit wired for us to go to the saunas. i think the hotel should make a special period of the day when the guest have to use the sauna with a swimming suit or a towel on. I understand that is the local culture and the majority of the guest was locals but they could make a time table for “special guest”.

I can highly recommend this hotel, my self and my wife stayed for one week and we had a very nice time here.
