location was great. beautiful view.

safe didn’t work. front desk could have been more accommodating. long waits for requests. we asked for extra time at checkout after an 8 night stay and they would only give half an hour.

we stayed here in winter so can't really comment on the beach. But the hotel is a VERY nice, new, highraising building right on the beach. our room was a suite (i think they all are) with a beautiful terrace that offered views of the coast from Tel Aviv to Haifa. Staff at the reception was supernice and helpful. couple of hiccups we had with the booking were resolved quickly and smoothly. selection at breakfast buffet large and adequate the evening we had dinner in one of the restaurants (not part of the hotel) at the base of the building. meat and beer were good, price was reasonable.

the hotel restaurant is located in the basement with no windows. very large and equipped with two large screens showing videos shot underwater is NOT claustrophobic but for sure isn't the best part of the hotel. Fine for breakfast but as a restaurant ... mhhh. I understand during summer hotel offers half board. let's say I'd rather have my own meal (apartments are equipped with a kitchenette) in the room enjoying the beautiful private terrace of the room

Large and clean rooms, excellent wifi, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel facilities are a bit older but still perfectly acceptable.

Breakfast was a bit simple for Israeli standards.

Not much, if to be completely honest. The location is excellent, and the ocean view is great, but that's about it - I can't lie and say we enjoyed our stay.

It’s tough for me to say anything good about this hotel. The staff was mostly arrogant. The facilities were dirty and, in most cases, uncomfortable. Even the most straightforward request, which we had submitted a week ahead, was not respected. We had to change our room while we were at the hotel. Unfortunately, the room we received was not at any point better. When we checked in upon our arrival, the room we received was dirty with dirty sheets that smelled like sweat, the shower was dirty, and the balcony had trash in it. When we requested a different room and added that we asked for a room on the lower floors a week ahead, the staff went out of their way to make every step of the process uncomfortable.
