No see through window in studio

Nice apartment located in center of the city on quite side street. Perfect location: 5 min walk to EVERYTHING. Very responsive host providing you with everything you need.

The location was very good, being close to the main square and 5 minutes from the beach.

There could be a long list, but key points are: > Air conditioning was to the main room only, and not to the bedrooms. > The mattresses were filthy/ heavily stained and should have had replaceable mattress protectors on them > The bathroom flooded early on due to a blocked shower drain. On inspection this was due to the drain filter being clogged with weeks of hair etc. When this was raised with the owners they blamed us claiming that they had cleaned the filter prior to our arrival. This quite clearly was not the case! From then on, their arrogance and aggression only escalated > The apartment building was (at best) old and tired. in reality the stairwells and the lift were filthy, and looked like they hadnt seen a cleaner for a very long time > The rooms had a pathetic amount of storage for clothes, most unsuitable for a stay of more than a few days. There was nowhere to put suitcases, so we were constantly climbing over them to get to the beds > The first cot they provided was broken and unsafe, with a mattress not suitable for that cot. On both accounts not fit for purpose. Again, confrontation from the owners when we tried to sort > We had wild birds living in the vent pipe from the bathroom to the outside wall. This was due to there being no vent cover on the external wall. This was fixed by the owners > There are no external blinds to the apartment bedroom windows, so daylight was difficult / impossible to restrict so sleeping in was impossible.

The hosts are quite flexible and easy going. Great location

Judging by pictures we had expected a bigger place with a separate bedroom. In fact, it's a studio with a partition. Good for newlyweds but a bit uncomfortable for a long stay if guests need to work in the apartment online.

The instructions are easy, the host is very reactive and kind. There is a coffee but without coffee machine, there is a nice bag for beach woth extra towels.

The lock of the apartment is very difficult to use, you need force and sometimes fail to open The space in the bedrooms is small, you need to pass in a narrow space between the bed and the wall, so for one person is ok but for two is not comfortable.

Great little gem. Right next door to everything! Less than 5 minutes and you are at the square and shoppping/food. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants. 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Shani was a great help getting me in touch with taxi from Jerusalem. Beds were comfy. Coffee supplied for your wake ups. Its just like the pictures online.

I dont have one negative thing to say. It was lovely.

The hosts were brilliant and caring. GREAT location, close to the sea and many restaurants. lovely design and feels much bigger than it is. safe.

We had a very nice stay at the Shantell luxury apartments. It was a very spacious apartment, beds were comfortable, the ac was very nice. It’s a cute updated apartment. Loved everything about it. We were able to check in early and stay late. It was very kind of Shani. Next time we are in Israel we will rebook. Thanks so much for everything

The shower pressure could have been better but it worked.
