location was good & beds very comfortable. pool lovely.

no wifi, air con was poor. could only have it on in one room at a time. the overall development was a bit run down and in need of painting.

place was clean and was in a very convenient part of town.

They did not have wi-fi.

The apartment itself was great with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Location near to the town and many lovely beaches was as we hoped. The pool was lovely and clean. The constant hot water worked well and having a washing machine was also really useful.

The property needs some money spending on it. The whole accommodation blocks needs painting and sprucing up. It looks tired and scruffy. On arrival there was no one in the office as suggested and getting hold of Anna was hard. I noticed most other arrivals had the same problem during the week. The apartment needs updating inside. There was a dishwasher but we weren’t allowed to use this, the oven tripped the electricity and the air conditioning didn’t work properly.

Swimming pool nice and clear

We spent four nights at La Reggia Di Nausicca.The pool area is lovely.. quiet and clean.The apartment was well equipped and clean and there is a great restaurant called Il Giardino a few minutes walk away.It's a fairly long walk into the town centre or the beach if you are travelling with a family as we were...you really need to get there by car.Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property.

A few things that we feel need to be improved for other guests: Communication before our arrival was poor.We had no instructions about where to check in and the reception is not clearly marked.My messages to the property were not responded to until I contacted B.Com for assistance. There was no air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms and the air con in the other room did not work.We were provided with noisy fans as an alternative but we feel that this should be resolved as sleeping was difficult in the heat. The refrigerator only just kept our food cold enough. There was a good freezer section however.
