The staffs are excellent & extremely friendly. The apartment is very clean per my fussy 76-year-old standard. The space is just nice for our family of 5. I'll definitely stay here again.

Only 1 washer & dryer each, can offer more washer & dryer facilities, especially during the evening when most are back from day tours & and do laundry in the evening.

I stayed at Eiger Selfness Hotel for 5 nights and I had a wonderful time. The hotel is centrally located in a beautiful spot, with a view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome and comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the daily sauna, which was available for the guests. It was a great way to unwind and rejuvenate after a day of hiking. Another thing I loved was the afternoon tea, which was a delight. There were also many small little things that made my stay wonderful.

The location and the view were excellent. The staff was very professional to pay attentions to the guests' needs. The hotel spa was good, too.

It was under the hotel renovation and it was noisy in the morning and there was no electricity between midnight and 6 am. I got this information after I booked the room.

The property was central, right in the heart of Grindelwald. The room was big and had a verandah with a beautiful view. Very clean. Coffee making facilities and an oven. The motel has a washing machine and dryer. Coffee and cake included in price every afternoon 3 -5pm was was excellent. It was quiet. The gym was large.

Great location, very beautiful view from balcony. Kids were enjoying 2 level bed.

We got different apartment compared with what we booked via booking.com. We got original after discussing this case on reception and after additional arrangements. So it seems original apat was planned for someone else which was not good. When came to breakfast, there were a lot of flies(fly) which constantly was trying to eat your food instead of you..

The location was perfect, short walk to supermarket, First cable car station and the train station. The staff was very friendly and provided substantial help in arranging tickets and providing information(special thanks to Jana and the gentleman(possibly the manager?) in the afternoon).

There is no AC, which worked out fine for us but may be noted when you book it

All the staff were really friendly. The location is central to town and easy walking distance to the First chairlift. Coffee and cake in the afternoon is a nice touch.

The shower ran out of hot water every day. The apartment was a little run down in general, but nothing major. It's Switzerland so the price is really expensive. We were a bit disappointed with the view as well, it was probably the worst room in the hotel for view. Luckily the weather was good so we didn't have to be in it much.
